Our very large sliding doors from Shard are fabulous. When we opened them for the first time after a long wet winter, there was a small problem. One call to Chabane and Pawel was here within a couple of hours and rectified what was a really simple problem. I now know what to do if it happens again, but I'm sure it won't. Thank you so much for the speedy service. Highly recommended company!

I contacted SAG following a recommendation for bi-fold doors and found them to be fantastic. I provided measurements and received a competitive quote. Customer service (Soufianne and Chabane) were really good and they explained the process and timeframe for fitting. There are staged payments and you will need to pay a 50% deposit for the surveyor (in my case Chabane) to attend and take measurements, 45% before the installation and the balance once completed. The whole process went smoothly and doors were fitted a week ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the doors and service and would recommend.

We used Shard just as we were coming out of Covid and despite all the issues people were experiencing Chabane and his team kept to schedule, were always to hand to answer any questions and worked to resolve an issue which was entirely my fault, without question or additional charges. They couldn't have gone out of their way more to provide us with the high quality doors and roofing that we now enjoy every day. They have also remained brilliant to communicate after sales, answering any questions a year later and a half later. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself. (Note: we used them in June/July 21 - the calendar below doesn't go that far back)

Even when I needed things changed, there was never any fuss, they just got on with it and made it happen.

We had 3 sets of corvision sliding doors purchased and installed and a 3 panel Cortizo bi fold door installed in our garden office.

Chabane and Saj have been very helpful in sorting our slimline doors. They have guided us through out the process and the doors were delivered by 6 weeks which was super quick. Further I had reached out to them to sort the gap between the ceiling and patio door as the builders had left some gap between the 2 and this too was sorted in less then a weeks after. They are super accommodative and it’s been great to work with them as they the stress off you and make sure everything is done in a timely and quick way. Overall very pleasant experience and I will definately recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks once again.

Top quality windows - better than expected. We used Shard for all our windows. It's a modern house, with floor to ceiling windows. The level of service was outstanding. Really nice team and Chabane has been very helpful. Beyond expectations!

Chabane from Shard gave excellent advice and was very helpful doing additional work to make sure my wife could operate the doors with her hand which was damaged at the time.

Used their service in a difficult time (COVID-19 pandemic) when all the shops were closed and even though I was promised that the doors and windows would be delivered within six weeks, they were delivered in less that five weeks.

The builders who completed the building works at my property also were impressed about their great service and they started using their services even though they were dealing with other companies before.

I would strongly recommend them to anyone in all aspects of their service including fees. I got about five estimates for a sliding door (08 meters by 2.5 meters), two large skylight windows and UPVC door and window and they were the cheapest and the best quality from all those I received the estimates

Please use their service as you will not be disappointed at all
