Used servertastic for years, always good service.

Had some minor issues with getting a certificate authority. The instructions at the checkout were a bit confusing but eventually figured it out after submitting a ticket. The staff were very responsive. Would recommend.

Lovely service

Needed to renew my SSL cert and found servertastic on Google. I got a 3 year certificate for the price of my previous 1 year. Transaction was instant, issue of cert was instant and everything was issued over their portal with zero fuss. Awesome!!

Servertastic is a reliable company with great customer support ! Their replies are always fast and they do their best to solve the problems asap. The only downside is the lack of live chat, which would speed things up a little but hopefully this is something they'll consider in future.
The ordering process for SSLs is fast, easy, and the certificates are usually issued in no time.

Now renewing my SSL certificates with ServerTastic, as they have competitive pricing. Have found that, as a bonus, the ServerTastic system for issuing SSL certificates is well-designed too, giving a lot of control for things like re-sending the confirmation email (sometimes useful when the client has to confirm!).

I made a mistake on the domain name when ordering an SSL cert. I logged the issue with them on Friday evening, not expecting a response until Monday. Servertastic sorted out the issue on a Friday night at 9pm. Great service!

No need to buy directly from the more expensive CAs. Servertastic.com feels like a reliable certificate reseller.

No integrated tooling for converting/downloading different types of certificates, would be 5 star rating if they had.

I'm still not able to download a .pfx certificate from the portal. Might not be possible at all - I don't know. But kudos for providing me with the info. Up'ed rating to 4.

My Symantec EV certificate renewal didn't go through properly. It went through as a new purchase, meaning I lost months off my certificate validity. They refunded the difference without question. They also responded to each query almost immediately.

Been a customer for years and years. Never spend a fortune, just SSL certificates as and when I need them. Regardless of this, the level of service is excellent and on the occasion I have needed help they have been there promptly. Cannot praise them enough. Great work.

SSL certs are something of a nightmare for me despite my technical knowledge and I managed to mess up my install for my first certificate by forgetting to specify the www. prefix to my intended domain.

Contacted support, got a sensible response that checked they'd interpreted my problem correctly and was then helped to resolve the issue quickly and with minimal fuss.

Given the price you don't always expect such support levels so one we'll continue to use again next time (although hopefully without the mistakes!).

Renewal done in 30 minutes.
Working fine.
