Engagement ring
Needed to replace a lost engagement ring and the staff could not have been more helpful. Super responsive and sorted everything out for me quickly. The ring is fabulous and arrived in time and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewellery

Initially I bought an engagement ring…
Initially I bought an engagement ring remotely and was very impressed with the service I received. I was sent sample rings and photos/videos before making my purchase and the final product was perfect. From start to finish, communication was amazing.
Following buying an engagement ring from Serendipity Diamonds, we booked an appointment in store to purchase our wedding rings. The service we received was amazing from the moment we walked in the store to when we received our rings at home. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with Serendipity
I had such a good experience with Serendipity Diamonds. I wanted to give my old engagement ring to my daughter for her 30th birthday yet make it modern and less “engagement-y”. Not easy with a solitaire diamond in a gold setting. Drina talked me through so many options and we settled on resetting it in platinum (they offset the gold value) and they sourced blue diamonds to sit in two rows on the shaft. It’s stunning and so shiny. I think that whatever you’re looking for, the staff here will gonto great lengths to make it happen. Let me say too, no pressure at all. Just checking in, offers of more help and advice and great service.
I had some concerns about dealing remotely. But I needn’t have worried - they gave great advice on secure postage. They delivered ahead of time. Best of all my daughter is absolutely thrilled! So many thanks to the team. I highly recommend them.

What a lovely company. We needed a wedding ring in a rush. Everyone at Serendipity pulled out all the stops to take us through their very sensible and thorough sizing process and get us the final ring, all done remotely, and all with just over a week to spare! If you're wondering whether to order something from these guys, go for it - they're wonderful people and the ring they've made is is perfect.

Brilliant service
From start to finish a great experience. Constant friendly communication with updates. They reset my 40 year old diamond in a new shank when the original one split and it looks gorgeous. Very impressed and would thoroughly recommend.
