Refining fingerprints
I found this company when looking for someone to refine my late partners finger prints. Mark was understanding, willing to help, and the work he has done is incredible. Without his help I wouldn’t have any clear prints but now I do. I highly recommend serendipity diamonds, Mark especially! X

You can’t get any better customer service than this lovely place . Drina is an absolute star 🌟 from the first point of contact when my fiancé was getting engagement ring to the very last point matching the engagement ring with wedding ring she was there for us all the way through . Returning for the 3rd time to Serendipity Diamonds.
This time we brought a bespoke eternity ring.
As always Drina and Mark made as feel so welcome when we had our appointment at the shop. They have made the purchase of my engagement ring and our wedding rings so special with the memories of buying them.
So we returned to complete our memories with the eternity ring.
I had been in conversation with Drina for weeks about the design of the ring. On sitting down with her between us we produced the perfect ring.
Drina’s knowledge and eye to detail helped so much and I will be forever grateful to her.
The fact that my ring is bespoke with the stones I wanted and within a decent price range, plus the friendliness of all the members of staff shows how professional and caring they are.
Debbie contacted me when the order was completed and despite the fact that I haven’t met her, she showed the same care and attention.
I can’t thank them enough for the care they provided at every special occasion.
It’s well worth a visit to serendipity website and the shop.
