All good from my experience. Jason was excellent in keeping in contact with us and fixing an issue with our soakaway part of the order which had been delivered to another address through no fault of his own.
Everything was fine and looks good to us.
Not sure why the bad reviews.
I'd definitely buy from Jason in the future

This guys name is Jason Restall

He is a con man.

I paid him £2,480.00 on the 18th December 2024. He called me within a day to inform me my septic tank could only be delivered at the start of January. January comes & no sign of septic tank. He never once responded to any emails or voice messages.
His 0800 number is discontinued and he operates his farcical empire from a mobile phone and is registered to a shared office in Covent Garden that he’s probably never been to.

Septic Tank Supermarket is a company set up to scam decent people like you.

The 5 star reviews are fake.

It's shame you can't leave a zero star review. Wouldn't touch this guy with a barge pole. Complete liar. Awful company. Not quite sure how he keeps the business going to be honest. Communication is horrendous, unless he thinks you're a new client, then he's interested.

Total Fraud!! Took my money and no septic tank!! At first he said septic tank is not in stock, 'would I like my money back'? Obviously if not in stock. Still no money! Avoid like the plague! Don't know how he is still getting away with this.

Like most of the reviews here Jason failed to deliver the full package of crates that I ordered and paid for.He is a total bull shi**er and my system is now in the ground with 8 crates not the 10 I paid for.Full of empty promises and ended up not getting back to me - didn't answer calls and email this guy is a fraud stay clear.

I spoke to Jason a couple of weeks ago and he was all smiles and very helpful. Told me this was a one stop shop for all our needs for a sceptic tank (this was on the Monday. We ordered a kit on Monday and was told delivery would be on Friday or the following Monday. Monday came and still no delivery. I had to keep chasing him. We had the plumber and my husband ready to work on it on Wednesday but the whole kit did not arrive. It finally came in 3 parts but as we needed the pipework urgently he told me to go out and buy it and he would refund us. I sent him the bill from the suppliers which was £209. After constant emails and phone calls he finally refunded me £65! He does not answer any of my calls or emails. I am going back to my credit card company and explaining the situation as I feel he took our money under false pretences and said he would help us along the way. Once he got our money there was no more service or help.

This was the most stressing Easter ever. My parents died, the kids were off school and we couldn't sell our house unless we installed a new sewage system.

We had 3 companies round and gave us quotes of £20,000-£30,000 to install a new septic tank system. It was ridiculous. All of them gave us gloom and doom scenarios. The situation seemed hopeless.

I saw Jason's videos on YouTube and my husband rang him and explained our situation to him. To quote me husband "He was the voice of reason" in the madness. The light at the end of the tunnel.

Within 5 days, we had received a new septic tank system, it was installed and we exchanged contracts.

I cannot express in words how grateful my husband and I are. Thank you soooooooo much. You are now on our speed dial.

Very impressed.

TBH I have had many dealing with different companies over the years. Many people just want to sell you their products and send you on your way.

Just the opposite here. Jason just got straight to the point and gave me good fashioned advice without the bull. I have watched his videos on Youtube and decided to contact him.

The crazy thing is I had been quoted £20-£25k by other firms to fix our problem. Jason gave me a solution that cost £3k.

Wish i could give the lad more stars.

We received our septic tank minus the inspection chamber and pipe work. Managed to contact Jason who said he would forward these items straight away. Never received them. I have rung everyday for a month. Left messages as he’s ‘always on another call’. Like the products he’s sells he’s full of S**T.
Stay away from this man!!!

Ordered a ‘Amazing Cube’ 4 weeks ago, paying an additional £99 for delivery within 3-5 working days. It never arrived. Chased and was told it got lost in transit! Quite a big item to lose in transit between Slough and Woking. A new one had apparently been ordered. Have chased and left over 25 messages now on the answer phone as ‘Jason’ is apparently on the phone. No calls back and 1 response to an e mail saying it will be sent asap. This guy is a scammer, don’t go anywhere near him or his website, which is relatively convincing. I made the mistake of looking at the other reviews after my purchase. All of them are scathing, bar the ones he has written I suspect. Total fraud, stay clear!

Would give Jason a minus if I could. He claims the product is building control compliant and it isn’t. I cancelled my order having found this out less than 48 hours after transferring the money. He said he would refund the money but two weeks later and nothing. He refuses to answer calls or emails. I have reported him to the fraud team. Please don’t be fooled by him.

Needed to replace my old septic tank and soakaway. Didnt know where to start.

Contacted Jason and he made the whole journey really simple and easy from beginning to end.

He supplied a septic tank and soakaway kit, and helped us every step of the way to install it. We now have a new septic tank and soakaway that's legal.

Great genuine guy. Professional. Knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Septic tank finally arrived weeks after it was supposed to ,Jason did answer calls to start with but now ignores email calls texts ,never got the worms that was promised, stay well away from this guy and his multiple email addresses extremely disappointed in service received.

Absolutely great communication and delivery of all items ordered. Very pleased. Also very helpful when I needed information about the install.

Total waste of money, I tried to ring while the digger was digging the "small" hole 10 ft deep x 12 ft long, to put the tank and soakaway crates. Found that the soil was all clay, so not sure what we had to do, like, would it gradually soak, or do we need to install a pump, so. No answer from Jason, no answer from email. We now have a useless tank, which by the way does need maintenance, and are putting in drainage pipes over the garden and blocking off the new tank, which is now full, and should run empty, as outlet is at the bottom, 8 ft below ground level .
Another, hire of digger, another days pay for digger driver and workman. so basically £5000 wasted, and now probably 1000 to put land drainage pipes, which are legal.
Do not trust a word that Jason says, (that is if you can actually get to contact him) do not buy from him.
He has so many web sites that his comes up all the time, but there are some companies that are reputable, and will give advice. I just got conned.

These kits being sold ARE NOT building compliant, we have recently fitted a septic tank and drainage field (with the required perforated drainage pipes etc.) within the required area size as determined by the perk test, all of which are required in order for building control to sign it off, building control strongly advised the soak away crates sold by this company and others are absolutely NOT acceptable for a septic tank drainage field and WILL not be approved under any building control application BE AWARE!

Do not trust this company as far as you could throw one of their tanks. In my 25 years of speaking with people on the phone, I had truly the worst experience ever talking to the owner of this business. He has absolutely no idea how to deal with people and should be avoided at all costs.
