I had taken my Sony DSC-W800 to two…
I had taken my Sony DSC-W800 to two other places, hoping they’d be able to figure out what the problem originally thinking it was the battery. The second place said but recommended Sendean. I took the camera in and left it with them and was surprised when both gave me a quote, one to fix one to fix and fully service. Now my camera works like new and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended, thanks Sendean!

Thought I was stuffed but Sendean sorted it.
Really thought I was stuffed when my Canon developed a fault. Found Sendean, had a brief chat with them, and they said they could help. I dropped my camera off, and it was taken care of. They also sorted out some minor problems that I was unaware of.

Safe hands in a crisis!
Safe hands in a crisis! Treasured dslr camera broken after dropping on floor, and previously broken lens on same dslr pushed off tripod! Who you gonna call? Sendean - if it can be fixed they will explain and quote, with options, then do the repair expertly in good time (or to an urgent date for a little more).

The company is knowledgeable
The company is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I am happy to travel across London to use their service. What's more the prices are good value. An example, I was told by a reknowned repairer near to me, that a faulty 2 year old lens could not be repaired, as the maker no longer stocks the parts. I brought it to Sendean for a second-opinion and the lens is now as good as new!

Quality service
I had a very pleasant experience with Sendean as a first time customer. Their customer service comes from a place of kindness and consistency. My repair was quite a costly one but the customer care and understanding made the whole experience painless from start to finish. My reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the service as I recommend them highly but just wish there was a weekend day option for pick up or drop off. I will definitely use Sendean again and 5 stars to Romania on reception!
