They have my cell phone since early March, agreed to price, no response. Not sure they are still in business. No response via, email or phone call.
You send them your phone say goodbye to payment or response. NOT GOOD.

Absolutely frustrating experience. Got a revised offer after sending in my device, but then crickets for weeks. Feels like they're just holding onto devices without any intention of following through

Lost a small fortune with this company. Over $1000 down the drain. They don't care about refunds or customer satisfaction. Avoid them!

I first contacted this bunches of thieves by an advertisement on Facebook and of course like always happens when you are dealing with scammers and crooks the answers to my questions was prompt and I decided to do business with them. Daniel said and also the website that they pay instantly , well that only happens in their mind , in my case at the time of writing this review is has being a week and I don't get my money yet and of course I doubt I will get anything. This people's should be in jail where they belong.

I’ve sent my device and they gave me a revised offer. Communication stopped after that since last few weeks. Total scam. never send your devices to them.

It took a really long time to receive payment, and I was low balled at that.

I sent my phones and then accepted the offer. They said I would be paid the day I accepted the offer. It's been over 4 weeks now and still nothing. They do not answer emails and the phone number goes straight to voice mail and the calls do not get answered. I think it is a scam site and would not suggest anyone use it. Trying to figure out how to file a complaint and police report.

Don't send your phone. They responded to me weeks ago and still no payment received. no responses to emails. I believe this site is a scam. Not sure how to report this for theft, but plan to look into to it.

Theyvwalked me through the whole process and kept me informed right up into payment was made for phones.

SCAM. Only sold my device because of an emergency. They refused to pay me and have not sent it back. No response from any emails.

This is a scam company. They took my phone and when I refused their offer they never returned my phone. I have filed complaints and reports with FBI online crime, NY BBB, US Postal Service Fraud Line, Sellcell.com, NYPD Commissioner of Police, NY Attorney Office. More clients need to do this.

We need to file a case against this company. This is pure theft. They offer money and take your phone. If anyone is filing police report or case against this company, please count me in. My email address HL7777871atgmailcom.

Same as other reviewers have said - they made a super lowball offer, and then even after I accepted it, they still haven't paid me a month later. They're not responding to my questions anymore either. I'm going to see if I can file a police report in their location.

UPDATE 1/12/25: They did eventually pay me the lowball offer (less than half of what they initially offered when I sent my phone in). Never responded to my questions. Then, just this past week, they've reached out multiple times bugging me to take down this review. They also disputed the review, so I just got an email fromTrustPilot saying "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." (WTF...don't trust TrustPilot either, I guess.) So long story short, if you're looking to get ignored when you ask for your money and then hassled months later about it, this is the company for you!
I did also end up filing a complaint with the New York State Attorney General's office. I strongly recommend that everyone else who's had a bad experience does likewise.

What a terrible company to deal with. Massive delays low ball offers. stay away and use gadget gone instead

I sent my cell phone on 9/25/24. It was received 2 days later. It is now 10/15 and I've contacted SellMyCellPhone twice. The 1st time, they said that my phone hasn't been received. Still waiting for a response from my 2nd contact. BEWARE...SEEMS TO BE A SCAM SITE.
