Simple to use. Wish there more options for keypad voice alerts when doors are open/close and alarm is set at same time. More than one security code per phone or device.

Great product, reasonable price

I was told via phone that we could leave our home and arm the system with our dogs out in the home. Well that is not the case. That is the main reason that I updgraded. Then I was under no contract now 3 years. Also I was told that we could still have access to the video relay that we previously had. But that's not the case again. Lastly, I was told the total price was $39.99 This included taxes. So now I'm no better than I was with the exception of being back in a contract and monthly payment $7.00 less.

Love the service had them for years

Gave me a “free upgrade “ and after the installation informed me camera system not compatable with new app, but it would still work. Now it doesnt. No support from select security. Customer service has become quite lousy since buying Alarmforce. Canada has 7 days a eeek customer service, USA does not. Wanted to mount my alarm on the wall but was told i could not. Apparently they dont think i can remove and connect two low voltage wires held in place with screws.

I was promised a call back about the cameras and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later. You don't have your parts in stock and your prices are ridiculously high and you're not willing to work with your customers. Your customer service team is amazing though the guys who come out to install their very professional.

After I found out what I might be doing wrong when I first got Select
Security, it is very easy to deal with. I now feel secure, especially during the
Night, knowing that my alarm system is set and I'm protected.

I love this security company!
It is so affordable and I actually get a LIVE person on the intercom if I need one!
I have accidentally tripped my own backdoor alarm a few times and within 30 seconds someone is on the line 'ALARMFORCE IDENTIFY YOURSELF'
I give them the password and let them know that I am ok.
It has worked out wonderfully for me and I highly recommend them to all my friends buying homes in the area.

The installer moved my detectors leaving open spaces on my walls and did not leave any instructions on working the equipment. The system is good but the installer did a very poor job.

I have had no problems, my neighbor has a different company and she has a problem when we have storms.
