SIREN DOES NOT WORK

Left the house Monday morning and forgot to cut the alarm off, wife calls me about two minutes later and say's that alarm company called and said that the alarm had been triggered, but no siren went off in the house ? so I called alarm company and one of your techs gave me about 5 good reasons it was my fault, so I had him to put it in the test mode and tried it, siren never worked. I called back and talked to a female tech who was very helpful, she walked me thru the menu and turned the siren on. So at this point I must assume that the alarm would not and could not work since it was installed, not very comforting.

Best out there. Great customer service and very helpful. Installation techs very courteous and helpful.
Highly recommend.

AWESOME SERVICE!!

I appreciate being able to actually speak with someone in the office and not having to talk to a robot. Jared is awesome ! I also, appreciate the technicians and their courtesy and respect given when they come out. Demetrius is an awesome, knowledgeable and professional technician.

I am and was very satisfied with my…

I am and was very satisfied with my technique, but dissatisfied about my front door chime , it only works if you are coming in the rear door or in the back side of the house where it can be heard , it’s now only on the back door.,I would like for that to be improved..for safety purposes..

I'm still having problems.. There is no privacy with my camera. When i arm my panal AWAY. I have to check my phone to confirm because it my say stay or disarms itself. Total waste, no peace of mind.
