6th August 2026. # A special mention to start with: Arry Frith, Consultant, Midlands Office. Thank you for working with me and ensuring I got to the end point of delivery. Having now received delivery of my (FIRST), personal lease vehicle and having had subsequent contacts during this process from Select Leasing and their partners, I am impressed with their efficiency and responses, with one exception (IT efficiency). This was trying to log in to their portal to track my order. I couldn't, even after many attempts. The fix did take longer than I would have hoped. The problem was down to a computer update and eventually rectified to enable my registration. At the time, frustrating, however, these things happen in a digital world and I would certainly not mark Select down because of this. As you will see, I have given 5 stars which is well deserved. Everyone one I have contacted via phone and email has been courteous and polite. Actions were followed up in a timely manner along with email confirmations where required. It has been a pleasant experience from start to end, the end being a delivered vehicle although I'm confident the good service won't stop there. There may be further questions and events needing contact which I'm sure will receive the same excellent service. Thanks again, Select.
