After experiencing Wi-Fi issues in my building , I contacted See The Light about upgrading my router. When I struggled to set it up myself, I called customer service and was connected to Kerry from Kyle’s team.
He was extremely patient, calm, and clear in his guidance. He talked me through everything step by step and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Within a short time, my Wi-Fi was up and running perfectly.
Really appreciate the great service. Kerry is a real credit to the team.

My household had internet issues after a maintenance update. I spoke with Heather W on the phone to help guide me through sorting it, she was AMAZING! Super friendly, great customer experience and she couldn't do more to help me, I am so utterly thankful to have had her answer my call (and then have to call me back twice!) Thank you for being an absolute gem Heather!

Paying for a service of High Speed Broadband only to suddenly find speeds found to be struggling and effecting household goods such as Sky & Amazon Alexa - to be told to use an Ethernet cable to connect to the router !!!! Have See The Light been stuck in the dark ages !!!! Technology these days is wireless!!!! Apparently that’s what they have in there contract - Buyers beware !!! If you want to run a house using there Broadband- Get ready to cable with Ethernet to your devices and if not got any ports to buy adapters !!! This was the recommendation from See The Light !!! Serving notice to them and moving to a better Broadband provider!!! Shane have to pay silly money to end the contract . AVOID at ALL COSTS
Response to STL !!!! They can’t even respond to feedback but use the same comments by a Kyle !!! Over and over again - very poor customer service - As they say Nil Points !!!

Shannon who is the customer service lady was very helpful, given a detailed description about the process and answered all my questions. She made the moving house process very simple and easy. Thank you so much for your amazing help and being professional.

Have been with see the light since we moved to a new build area with OFNL. Given the lack of competitors, see the light is competitive on price and always had super friendly customer service. Recently moved and made the process as simple as possible and sent a new router to assist

I have been a customer for over 10 years and never ever skipped a bit, am currently experiencing financial hardship, which I explained when I contacted the company for support.
Customer service advisor Molly responded to say: “To clarify, our suspension process includes an 11-day grace period after your payment date before services are restricted. Your payment was due on 1st January, and as of today, 21 days have passed. This means your services have remained active for 22 days beyond the due date, which is why we’re unable to offer any further extensions at this stage.Alternatively, if you would prefer to move forward with closing the account as requested, I’m more than happy to help with that. Please be aware the balance will remain with a closed account also.”
While this explains the policy, there was no meaningful offer of support, flexibility, or assistance given my circumstances and long-standing loyalty. Instead, the response focused solely on suspension. Overall, this felt unsympathetic and disappointing. Stay away £38 pounds :-)

Shocking service, they have a monopoly in my area as the only broadband provider, and when the line speeds drop due to all the new houses being built, they don't upgrade their infrastructure. Trying to complain is met with arrogance and an attitude of, well, leave them, what are you going to do? My advice is to anyone considering using their service, if you have an option, go with the other company

Never had any issues with the Internet connections and renewing was easy. I like to talk to a person and not renew things by the internet. Seethelight provided this with excellent friendly and professional staff. The gentlemen I dealt with listened and was reassuring .
Router has just arrived by dpd.
Job done.
Wrong. Thus review it sent to soon.
I cannot remove the router cable from the previous router and I am worried I might damage it so have rung and left e message. The automated reply said I would be contacted as soon as someone was available. Another call, same result. 5 hours and waiting. My review has gone down from 5 to 3 and if I don't hear today 0

I had nothing but problems right from the very start.
I pay £38 p/m for 160mbps which should be more than adequate for a household of three. The connection is constantly dropping out resulting in resetting the router, re-entering passwords, and repeat. The numerous times when I’ve finally managed to find the time to unwind after a busy day and the TV won’t connect so I end up just going to sleep either missing the football or a favourite program is ridiculous!
I’ve phoned STL countless of times and they’ve spilt the band widths which did nothing. They then suggested I buy a booster out of my own pocket, which I did, and still there was no improvement. Customer services have ran connection tests their end and they claim that the speed is good…. clearly not if the service I’m paying for isn’t providing. I’ve spoken with my neighbours who also use STL and they are faced with the same problem.
