The worst internet we've ever had. We recently moved in to a new apartment and unfortunately Go is the only provider in the area - although I am not sure what they are providing because the internet is down more often than not. It disconnects almost every day, currently it has been down for 40min and counting. I normally work from home half the week, but I will not be able to continue to do so because the internet is totally unreliable. I can't wait for other providers to finally expand to this area, we will never look back.
And looking at their responses on Google Reviews, they have a LOT to learn about customer service and about how to talk to people who pay them.

I've moved into a new build and due to the builder doing a deal with certain internet providers. I've been limited on choice. I can honestly say the customer service is terrible I've had 1 response out of multiple emails. Still no internet such a poor service

I recently moved into a new build property and ordered Go Internet a few days before completion. The router was posted to my current address, so that I had it to take with me, and all I had to do on moving day was plug in. Everything worked seamlessly from day one. I cannot fault the service and the quality of the connection. I would definitely recommend Go Internet.
