So far so abysmal. I had a water leak 3 weeks ago that has damaged most of my house and left me without a kitchen or bathroom during a heatwave and am having to travel to a family member’s house to shower. I’ve been told I need to move out while work is done but haven’t been told when, where or for how long. Every attempt to contact Sedgwick has resulted in a call back being promised and not delivered. I dread to think how long this claim is going to take and Sedgwick is by far the worst company I’ve had to deal with.

Very stressful situation, i have never needed to claim on a insurance policy before, having lots of different repairs & replacements needed after my home was struck by lightning. Sedgwick Repair Solutions handled my insurance claim professionally and kept the repair process well coordinated. Although there were some delays at the beginning, everything progressed smoothly once the works started. We recently have had a loss of water leak at our home which caused a lot of damage downstairs and had to claim off our insurance. We have had our claim managed by Sedgwick UK and have been looked after by Sarah and Corrine who have put us at ease from day one. They have been in constant touch all the while the repair work has been carried out and chased up any outstanding problems.The work is almost complete now and we have been really impressed with the result of what has been done.

Amin Rahman has been so professional and helpful he has gone above his role to help me get my insurance claim paid, unfortunately he has battled with Covea insurance who have been the opposite unprofessional, very slow and many items falling through the cracks I would go as far to say appalling behaviour. Staff continually ignored me, avoided picking up the phone, said they’d call back and never did, said they’d send documents and had to be continually chased.
I’ll be avoiding any insurer that uses them moving forward.
