Shocking!!! Total rip off!
You can buy veneers off wish for about the same quality.
I spent 300£+ for a new smile for my birthday (I bought the most expensive single set available). The product arrived late and below the gum line had thick outline so they looked stupid! I complained that they looked awful and that they were needed by a certain date, to which they said they would send a new set of veneers out in time. I did the whole process again, sent off my moulds only for them to send the exact same veneers back!
No definition of the teeth, literally looks like a flipping gum shield in my mouth! For laughs and giggles we actually bought a veneer off wish to show just how similar secret veneers are, unfortunately I cannot upload the image here however you literally can't tell the difference!!
Please don't waste your money, save up a bit more and get real veneers. The clip in one's are a waste of time, effort and most importantly your money!!
I sadly wasted some of my inheritance on the scam! Please don't make my mistake

Terrible product, terrible service.
Unfortunately I find myself in the same situation as many of the bad reviews on here.
I have had clip in veneers in past ( different company and only company I will use in future!) and loved them, just wished they could have been a little thinner. So when I saw the ultra thin product on offer I thought this would be ideal.
I cannot even explain how disappointing this product is. The quality is awful, there is no way I could talk or sing ( my job is a university and college lecturer in voice and singing). There is a weird whistle sound created through the plastic too. It’s not just a ‘fit issue’ as the company has deemed it. The product is not fit for purpose.
On top of that the quality and overall aesthetic is just awful! Looks very akin to awful joke shop Halloween teeth.
I appreciate every situation can be different so I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt and not publicly post negative comments until I had given them a chance to redeem themselves.
I sent an email outlining my concerns and why I found the product to not be fit for purpose.
They did not even have the decency to write a reply- just a copy/ paste section from their website re: no refunds ( which by the way is not true - I now know plenty of people who have received refunds)
So I followed up with another email and they have just totally ignored me.
It’s been 3 1/2 weeks now. So I find myself in same situation as many of the other negative reviews.
Please take notice, I cannot believe this company is even in business!

AVOID this company at all costs.
They publish loads of fake reviews just to boost their score on here (Yes, secret veneers, it’s 21st century and IP address checks are no rocket science).

They are not licensed dentists (so think twice if you would like a random person with no medical degree or license sell you a dental appliance that can alter and deteriorate your oral health - scratching of enamel, cutting into gums etc).

This company will not answer ANY of your emails once you make it clear that their products are not fit for purpose and you require a refund.

My emails haven’t been responded to for over a month (even thou they claim to respond within 48h).
Legal letters been sent out about intent to initiate court proceedings - SV ignored.
Papers will be filed and served in due course - will share an update on here as well.

Just shows the level of ignorance and how they feel they’re above the law (as they’ve been scamming people for years and getting away with it for far too long).

Don’t use this company - save your money, time and nerves

I honestly cannot praise the team at Secret Veneers and JPD Labs highly enough. From start to finish everyone has been amazing! I ordered my veneers for my wedding and to give me the confidence to smile for my big day after years of being conscious of my teeth and never smiling fully . . . I cannot wait for the day now and know my teeth feel and look great with my Secret Veneers. If you order them you will not be disappointed they look and feel like your own teeth only better! My First set arrived and sadly there was a slight issue with fit but I was reassured that the team explained in advance that this sometimes happens with the molds being taken by yourself they are not always spot on. The team could not be more helpful and supportive and with the wedding fast approaching a second set was made and sent out in next to no time Im so so happy with the last fit tat arrived today (the day before my wedding and are absolutely perfect! The team at JPD and Secret Veneers took away all my stress and worries and delivered results i could not even dream of I am so so happy and will definitely be ordering more. If you have any doubts . . don’t you will never regret it and if they aren’t perfect first time be 100% assured the teams will do everything to make sure you are over the moon! They really are life changing!

An absolute AMAZING company ! I am so grateful I found this company , number one the customer service and the communication skills 10/10 never seen nothing like it ! Everyone was so friendly and keen to adapt to my situation. I was comfortable and not hesitant to ask any questions if I had concerns. The replies I received was quick and very professional ! When I received my first set they did not fit me as I did my impressions badly , but they were absolutely quick to send me new impressions in the next 24 hours and I got my teeth and I cannot stop smiling honestly non stop compliments. I got the shade BL1 Upper And Lower in size 0.1mm. I can’t wait to spend even more money with this company. I love you guys ! You have changed my life each and everyone who is involved

I ordered my veneers on there very easy website. They sent me an impression kit. It was not difficult to do at all. If you have questions they have many how-to videos available. I sent them off. They sent me a notification about 2 weeks later saying they got my impressions and they passed. About 3 weeks later I got my veneers! I couldn't be happier! Customer service is amazing and very helpful with any questions. Thank you Secret Veneers! Thank you for giving me my smile and my confidence back.

Absolutely love them! I get so many compliments from customers everyday and they make me feel so good about myself. I think I will be ordering them for the rest of my life!

I purchased a full set from Secret Veneers, but found they did not fit; cutting into the frenulum and gums, and making my mouth protrude. My dentist confirmed that these veneers were never going to fit me. I returned the entire set in full, including the replacement kit, unused and as per new for a refund, but am still waiting after six months. These veneers are not fit for purpose; they were too thick and will alter the shape of your mouth in a most unflattering way. The Customer Service was also very poor. They have not been answering any emails, calls etc for at least 6 weeks now – and I am at a loss as to what to do.
AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Firstly - they claim my order as been delivered, I don’t have it, fake signature.

Secondly and most importantly- this company is the hardest company to contact ever. I have had some correspondence on FB, but issues are definitely avoided!

It would seem I should have done my research, really disappointing, really considering the money people pay.

Best thing I ever did, I always wear my secret veneers and they look so natural! Everyone always believes there real you would not be able to tell that there clip ins.. so much cost effective aswell

Great product a little weird at first getting used to them but they have changed my life and I can now smile in confidence will definitely recommend to anyone and will most certainly order again in the future

Please never use this company they are TERRIBLE. It has been over three months now and every time they send the product it isn’t even close to fitting and the teeth are cheap looking plastic - nothing like the photos and videos. The videos of same day first time fittings I very much believe are not true either.

The teeth are terrible they look and feel like plastic joke shop teeth and honestly even if they did fit would make people laugh more than anything. Even the thinnest ones they do are what I’m meant to have and they are bulky and make your jaw stick out.

There’s a reason these guys turn off reviews on google!

I work in the high end industry and these seemed a great idea. Honestly please do not waste your money. Over £700 so far (keep having to pay for recorded delivery on the impressions too) and still nothing that fits and now no responses. It’s a complete con.

They say they will work with you. I assure you they do not. They in fact took my money and since the last and final instalment have not sent anything at all. My last email chain started ten days ago, they only reply when I chase the lady on Instagram. Since then they just ignore my concerns and barely reply. I’ve received nothing and yet paid for express delivery - they said they would resend ten days ago and are now ignoring me again.

Please do not ever use this company. I can only think that they pay influencers to tell us the products are great. I still have nothing months later and have sent 4 sets back now as they had huge gaps and stuck out or didn’t fit. This is a complete rip off and waste of your money and I’m not someone that complains!!! I will be updating all review and social media sites with my experience and not stop until I get this resolved - no one should be ripped off like this! If I could give zero stars I would!

Use seem to put everything use are doing wrong down to COVID use put a 5 day and 14 day period on your veneers but use can’t reach that deadline even though use are taking extra money of people! Use don’t send emails to even say the product has been delayed

Secret Veneers have changed my life.
I’ve been so self conscious about my smile. Whilst my teeth are perfect. They are discoloured due to medications from when I was a child.
Secret veneers have given me my confidence to smile again nothing was to much trouble.
I sent a message asking if there was any chance of getting them out sooner and they arrived special delivery the next day!!!

Please do not bother with this company they’re a joke!!!
Have been waiting 5 MONTHS to have this company sort my veneers out. Going on on here as though people haven’t given them the right fit 😂 if the fit wasn’t right you shouldn’t accept them in the first place. I did everything I was supposed to and more and still I’m waiting on my 4th set. One of the sets sent to me was longer on one side than the other, covering teeth on one side and not the other! The second pair were sent to me really thick which was not what I paid for. I only ordered the top set n they’ve cost me £400! How can you tell people they don’t deserve a refund because the veneers are custom made? If it’s been this long and you still haven’t made the veneers correctly then it’s on YOU!!!!! you make these veneers but at the top of the teeth there are always bits sticking out, how does this suggest someone has been doing the moulds wrong?????? You’ve got my order wrong 3 times now, you haven’t even responded to my emails either this time, just blatantly ignoring me!! I will be contacting my bank. This is wrong. You can’t tell people it’s their fault you’re getting their order wrong? If you know the moulds don’t look right don’t accept them. It is YOU who is shaping the teeth as they are on the moulds, when they come to me I can always see my other teeth behind, ALWAYS! even after a second mould they look bad. They also look incredibly fake for the price you pay for them. Your new advertisement is now “buy these so you can see what you look like before purchasing actual veneers”. NO! people buy these because they’re a cheaper alternative than the real deal, not because they wanna see what they look like! You also CANNOT eat with these in at all, the veneers will bend at the back. The veneers also taste like super glue in your mouth! And yes, my comment IS fair, considering you send veneers within 3 days yet I have been having to wait over 4 weeks each time for mine !!!!!!

You’re lying. I’ve received NO email from anyone. I have been checking every single day. You’re also clearly not reading my review carefully. I said you can see my teeth at the top of the veneers, the veneers NEVER cover my teeth properly and why would you want that????????? Tell me what you’re talking about here because you’re trying to insinuate I am stupid. I’m telling you my teeth are still visible just under the gum line. Also, you don’t even know who I am?????? I am anonymous on here so how do you know whether someone has emailed me back or not???? You don’t. I also cleaned the veneers several times to try and get the smell off them. It didn’t budge at all. You’re embarrassing yourself here tbh. Stop trying to justify mistakes made and just correct them. The customer is always right. I wouldn’t be sat here arguing the toss if your product was decent would I. I honestly wish I’d never bothered. It has been more hassle than it’s worth. Look at the way you respond back to people 😂 get offended by complaints, can’t take constructive criticism. Do something right instead of arguing the toss.

You mention how “secret veneers” make new impressions at no cost to me. Should I be grateful I’m having to wait 5+ months for them to get it right? The impressions were spot on as you guys have said twice now, so if they’re satisfactory then why am I to be grateful you’re remaking them for free? Think about what you’re saying!!!!

HORRIBLE! Only order here if you want FAKE looking clown teeth. Customer service is really bad too, you don't get any refund even though they send you very bad fitting and fake looking teeth. DO NOT order from secretveneers unless you like wasting money, you can get similar fake teeth at a local toy store.

After looking for months through all the companies that sell clip in veneers & being too scared to order any incase i was scammed, i started to see celebritys promoting secret veneers so decided they must be real. Ever since ordering they have been so helpful!! The communication from the company is amazing, the product has came earlier than the estimated time most times i have ordered too!! The veneers are great quality & last so long and look way more realistic than expected. Ive been using this company for 2 years & have been delighted every time!! cant thank them enough!

Secret veneers have honestly given me so much confidence. I get so many compliments and people think I’ve spent a fortune getting actual veneers. They’re amazing quality, & I’ve had them well over 2 years now and they’re as good as they were when I first bought them. Secret veneers deserves all the recognition they can get. Really are a amazing company. They have definitely made me feel like I am good enough and pretty for once.
