Ordered a set couple years ago which were good so thought id order a new set, kit received and sent back two weeks later veneers come. Absolute shock of how terrible they were. Could see my gum lines on the veneers, really tight on the teeth, bottom arch didnt even fit kept popping up even after using the chewie. The set looked extremely cheap and poorly designed. Emailed in and was told the issues would be rectified two weeks later another email sent and was told i would be receiving my top arch and a new impression kit for lower arch asap another two weeks passed nothing received. I then sent in a time in essence letter giving them 14 days to complete the set, no response received to this aswell so now in the process of claiming a charge back from the bank. Spoke to citizens advice who are also helping me out. I would advise anyone to know laws that protect you when having such problems

I ordered my first pair of secret veneers nearly 2 years ago.. I wear them everyday, eat with them, drink with them and they are still in great condition. I decided to order a new ultra thin set but when they came the top arch was too tight on my teeth so I emailed them and they said they'll send out a new arch. They never stopped working to make sure I got them to fit, they arrived 2 days ago and wow. The ultra thin are a GAME CHANGER. They look amazing, and look like they're growing out of my gums, not bulky or thick at all. Everyone thinks they're real veneers ! I used to never smile in photos but now I smile in every picture. Secret Veneers changed my life. Don't hesitate to order, they are so professional and helpful & I'm just so happy right now with the new ultra thin set. Thank you Secret Veneers❤️

Cheap plastic that is not worth the money. It is not even a dental material, it does not have any dental approvals. After visiting my dentist, he found that I had a damaged tooth from secret veeners. They buy positive feedback by giving people a free set. embarrassing! Avoid them! Waste of money!

I got my first set of veneers from this wonderful company back in September 2017 ready for my wedding day. I am now on my third set absolutely love them. I can eat anything in them too! They have honestly changed my life. Customer service has always been amazing. Thank you secret veneers ❤️

Honestly the best purchase I’ve ever made. Mainly because I have struggled a lot with my teeth and a lot with fear of dentists. So this was the next resort I tried other companies before hand but they just could not get the veneers the way I wanted them. But secretveeners did. And I’ve had them a few
Months now, they’re still in amazing condition. Honestly recommend to anyone.

I ordered these veneers back in October 2020 and they are still in great condition. I direct messaged the page on Instagram as I was worried about my impressions and whether I was doing it right, and they were super helpful and made sure the impressions were acceptable before I sent them off.

When I received my first set, I loved the bottom ones however the top weren’t comfortable and I was conscious that my front teeth looked huge. I emailed the lab/page explaining why I wasn’t happy with the top set and I was sent replacements which were so much better. They had really listened to what I wanted to change.

I ordered BL1 bleach set, which are extremely white so please bare that in mind when ordering. They are comfortable and don’t cause me any pain and have lasted over a year now and are still in great condition. They come in a lovely package and have a storage box to keep them safe in.

I highly recommend, they look great in photos and last a long time!

So sorry other people are also going through this awful ‘game’ of refusing refunds on absolutely shocking product!
But I am glad to see this company is being exposed for what they are!
We don’t want your awful product, it’s not fit for purpose. We don’t want an endless loop of ‘refits’ - the product itself is awful and will never be ok.
Just give us our money back!

I knew Ella Carron Brown would not reply to my review. What she has done was promised me a full refund of my money 489.00 USD thank goodness I have this is writing. Her new thing is telling me "her lab" known as JPD Labs or James Parker Dental Laboratory is the responsible party for issuing refunds. The lab has a FB page with an email. They used to respond quite fast but that was at the start. They no longer reply and have taken customer service lessons from Ella Carron Brown.

Ella's grandiose promises in writing of refunds and you just cant seem to do the right thing. I will begin the chargeback process. Ella I am sure hopes that people stay ignorant and she gets to keep the money. The UK and the USA are trade partners. I will be filing with the FTC ,the BIC and the Market Authority.Oh and the police.

The agency also enforces numerous specific consumer protection laws and rules. They work closely with the U.K. Department of Business Innovation & Skills as well as Competition and Markets Authority

It is an unfortunate day when company or laboratory steals peoples money or delivers a faulty product and looking at the photos they show my veneers never looked like the photos so its a bit of a bait and switch. Let's make the people believe they will get one thing and we will send out another.

I have my paperwork and Secret Veneer / JPD Labs I will not allow you to steal from me. Do the right thing issue the refund promised so that I may come back to the reviews written and share that you have done the right thing. As it stands now I will continue to write poor reviews in the hopes you don't steal another cent from anyone else.

I sent impressions multiple times and every time does not fit - I keep asking for refund but imsteadt I got offered a lower impression as well as top as I only purchased a top one- and both DO NOT FIT It looks horrendous all I fkn want is my refund what do you not understand- they claim they make people feel confident clearly not seeing all these other reviews which relate to my review too

They sent me 2 replacement none of them fit and they refuse to give me my money back. They stop replying to my emails and they keep deleting my comments on their Instagram page.

Absolutley brilliant! Impressions were sent and adjustments made a few times to get the perfect fit! Changed my smile for the best, everyone comments on how amazing my new teeth are and have no clue they are clip ons! Over the moon with this product worth every penny. Thank you secret veneers x

I received my beautiful clip in vaneers today and I can not believe how perfect they are.. They look and feel so natural. My smile is so white and bright I honestly love them and can’t wipe the smile off my face thank you so so much secret veneers I highly highly recommend

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this company. I spent £600 in August and still do not have a set in November.

I was sent an impression kit which I sent off in August. I received my set on the 8th of September, around 3 weeks later. I did pay for express delivery. They came and they were faulty. The set was so tight my teeth felt like they had braces on them. I left them in warm water like secret veneers advised but nothing changed. I unfortunately couldn’t wear them as they were too painful. They were really sharp on the back side of them which was cutting my tongue and the sides kept slipping loose so when I spoke the teeth would fall out.

I feel like when I ask the instagram page or the dental lab questions they seem to avoid my question. For example there was one instance where I asked if my new set would be tight and I had to ask several times as my question was always dodged.

I had to chase them on the 29th of September as I had heard nothing. I chased them up as I tried wearing them for five minutes and the top set snapped in my mouth and cut me.

I told them this and I just got told “for updates email”. There was no “I hope you’re okay” , “we are sorry this has happened to you” …. Nothing

It’s now the 5th of November and I received my second set. The front two teeth don’t have a line inbetween them so it looks like one big tooth. One of the front teeth is digging up into my gums and the second set is bent at the front and extremely tight.

I am becoming increasingly concerned that I will not receive a satisfactory product. I understand that this is bespoke but I have now received two dangerous products. I am more than happy to remove this review if they either refund me or send me a suitable product however I feel that both of these are extremely unlikely! Do not buy from this company

I ordered from secret veneers. The mould kit arrived and I sent it off.

The ‘veneers’ that arrived looked like they cost around 20p to manufacture. They were awful and did not fit. They didn’t even look like real teeth!

I complained but secret veneers were no longer dealing with me now that they had my money. I had to contact to the lab who made the product instead.

After three attempts where they sent me products that were unfit for purpose, on one attempt they just sent me half of one set! What good is that!?

They refused to provide me with a product that was fit for purpose and refused to refund me.

The whole thing is a scam. Do not trust.

I am now £600 out, with no product.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering clip in veneers online but after speaking to the team first hand and hearing their advice, I decided to give it a go! I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality, result and how quickly they got the veneers out to me.

I have always been so self conscious of my uneven teeth when modelling but these boosted my confidence and had me smiling ear to ear!

Obviously do your own research and work out if this is doable for you, but it worked for me and I only have positive things to say about SecretVeneers.. all of my communications with them have been really helpful too :)

At first I was reluctant about this company because I heard it through tiktok, afterward I decided to look up the reviews and they were very mixed. I have always struggled with the appearance of my teeth and would never smile in pictures. I've undergone teeth whitening at the dentist but that didn't improve my confidence much. When I saw the before and after pictures of this company, i was blown away. So I decided to take a risk and give it a go myself. When I paid the first instalment, I had the moulding kit literally 3 days after, it was very quick.

After sending my moulds to the dental lab, I received another moulding kit a few days later because my mould wasn't as clear as it could have been. After sending those off, just over 2 weeks later I received the clip in veneers. They arrived this Monday, the 25th of October. When I tried them on I was amazed at how realistic they looked, and of course the colour of them. They look amazing in pictures and videos.

I am so happy with my veneers, and they have made me more confident, I am not afraid to smile now, and i've smiled in so many pictures since receiving them! I don't understand why people are posting reviews saying that secret veneers are a scamming company, they are absolutely not! It was a very small price to pay for the big difference it made to my life. I am so grateful to Rose and the team at secret veneers for always being available to ask questions and for changing my smile completely.

Do not order from here or waste your money I paid extra almost £600 for the quicker version of clip in veneers 11 days later and I haven’t even received moulds, tried to contact them and get half hearted replies with major spelling mistakes from an ELLA CARRON BROWN. They will not refund me or provide any tracking despite me not even receiving moulds never mind the fake clip in veneers. Why I even ordered in the first place is beyond me because the pictures are a show you could get better on wish.
