We were welcomed by Alison, who explained how everything worked at Poltrone Sofa. The huge range of sofas, colours and fabrics was a little overwhelming at first, but Alison was fantastic. She answered all our questions, helped us narrow down the options and, most importantly, gave us the time and space to look around without any pressure or sales pitch. We really appreciated that approach.

We explained that we were planning to visit a few other furniture stores before making a decision, and Alison completely understood. She even encouraged us to make sure we found the right sofa for us, which made us feel even more confident in the service we were receiving.

After looking elsewhere, nothing came close to the quality, style and value we had seen at Poltrone Sofa, so we returned and asked for Alison again. The purchase was quick, straightforward and completely stress-free.

Alison was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful throughout. If you value excellent customer service without feeling pressured, we’d highly recommend asking for Alison.

We are awaiting the arrival of our settee so can’t comment on the delivery or actual product yet.

The settees arrived with 2 very experienced men unfortunately the seat of the settee is shorter than I thought and the back is harder than I realised but it is quite comfortable

Sales staff at Preston (Donna L.) were brilliant, polite and courteous.
Our new 3 piece suite looks amazing, Excellent Quality, and the delivery men were a pleasure to have in our home.
The only downside was waiting 15 weeks for delivery, but well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

The Salesman was very good and helpful. The shop very clean and the layout if the furniture is great.

Great service..turned up on time & unpacked my settee & brought it in...they even took all the packageing with them.

There was a warm welcome and provision of cool water with an offer of tea or coffee. After an explanation of how the store was laid out we were left to browse. The staff were most helpful and not overbearing.

Service from Chris at store was great, helpful and not pushy. Had to wait 13wks for delivery, in stead of the 8/9wks. Delivery guys were great, careful and polite, especially as they had to wait for the recycling bin truck to move before they could unload.

In store, we were greeted by Donna and then able to wander and peruse the sofas at our speed without interruption. When we needed more information we were able to ask Donna who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As we placed our order with her the model, colour, sizes, etc were confirmed twice and then with a supervisor. She gave us an estimate for when the sofas would be ready. Absolutely excellent service in store!
Delivery was also a really positive experience with frequent communication and being able to track the truck in transit! James and Rafa phoned when they were an hour away and were friendly and professional in bringing the sofas in and setting them up. Excellent service from store to our home! So pleased with our new sofas.
