My sister and I found our experience at Poltronesofa - Livingston to be excellent. The assistant who met us was extremely helpful. My sister has some mobility issues and the assistant was very understanding, listening to her needs and making several suggestion before my sister decide on the sofa and chair she wanted.
The whole purchase was very quick and efficient.
The only disappointment was the 12 month delivery time which at this time of the year seemed very long.

The staff in store were a delight. Delivery not so much, had a confirmed delivery date, confirmed expected time via text message for the 28th May. Got update all day pushing back delivery time. Finally after 8pm got a message saying sorry won't be delivered. Called the contact centre on the 29th May to find out when it would be delivered only to be told it would now be Tuesday. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. No notifications from then I have had to chase them. Has totally put me off the whole company

Kept informed with delivery and any questions we had were answered with one phone call. Delivery was great with delivery team polite and curious. Had a small mark on an arm of chair and delivery person reported there and then with no issues.

The Guys were on the time given very professional and helpful quick and tidy could not ask for more.

Lorraine was absolutely fantastic. Polite and gave us time and space to look around, but available to answer questions when needed. Very informative on how the agreements worked and knowledgeable on sofa specs. Highly recommend having a look around, just remember to ask for Lorraine!

This was our first visit and it was fantastic. Lorraine was excellent throughout the visit...gave us the time to look around, answered all of our questions and led us through the order process with ease.

The staff was very helpful polite no sale pressure I had a lovely friendly relaxed visit sadly I didn’t catch the first girl I spoke to name I browsed the huge selection of sofas I basically knew what I was looking for so my first visit was only 20 mins as seen exactly what I wanted.
I returned the next day to order my new sofas.
I am extremely happy with the style colour and quality, I spoke to Lorraine she was very helpful lovely to speak to her there was no sales pressure she placed my order sadly 12 weeks approximately for delivery but the wait will be well worth it.

They were very friendly and helpful. The room was small for them, but they managed it fine. They were careful and considerate. Lovely drivers.

On our first visit to the store Lorraine could not have been more helpful, very knowledgeable of the products we were interested in. On our 2nd visit to look again she remembered us and again can not fault her attentivness, we decided on the sofa we liked and Lorraine assisted us in our colour choices , when we eventually decided what we wanted, Lorraine ran through all our details and explained the breakdown of our price in full. Lorraine is definitely a credit to the business and we will be back to potentially purchase some further items of furniture and tell our friends about our experience at Poltronesofa and to ask for Lorraine

We visited the Livingstone store on a quiet Tuesday evening, and we were allowed to try the sofa bed we were interested in, and not pressured for a sale - always refreshing!
Your sales lady was very professional & attentive without being pushy. She helped us with sizes & fabric choice, making sure we got exactly what we were looking for.
