10/10 customer service and help specifically one member of staff Kseniia, who dealt with me and my partner over the course of 2-3 days, being super helpful and patient, continuously showing us new materials and colours for the sofa and also brought us tea and other drinks along the decision process.
We haven’t received our sofa yet but confident will be very happy due to all the help and support we had from the staff.

I was greeted upon entry and the setup was explained along with a quick chat about what i wanted. I was then left to browse without any pressure or interuption. When i had chosen the sofa and chair i wanted the salesman then explained the various materials and the pros and cons of them. I was able to make an informed decision and am very happy with the service, I hope the after sales service is just as good.

The sofa was delivered, however we had to put it together ourselves and we've been left with all of the packaging. Very poor service.

After seeing TV adverts I decided to visit my local store which is about 15 miles away at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Easy to find just off the M5 and plenty of free parking. On entry to the store I was welcomed then left to browse myself. When I did have questions I was assisted by Sophie. She was amazing, a credit to the store. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my queries, helpful and not at all pushy. Result I purchased my new sofa thanks to her!!

The only criticism I have is the delivery time. I appreciate every product is made to order but minimum of 14 weeks for delivery would put a lot of people off purchasing and I'm sure could be improved.

My experience was great at the cribbs causeway store, when we first got into the store we were greated and asked if we needed any assistance which was appreciated. We were made aware of the variety of options available and after sometime browsing choose a new sofa.

Sophie at the Cribbs store was super helpful in matching the material to a chair that we already have and gave us advise on what thickness of material would be most suited to a recliner to prevent it from jamming.

Overall a great experience

Delivery guys were great, love the sofa but it got damaged on the leg when set up. Something was broken.

The delivery guys made a note of it too so hope the company will call us to sort it out.

First time customers at this store. We were greeted by Lowri who was so welcoming and professional. She allowed us the time to look at all the products without feeling pressured but was always on hand to provide help and share her unbelievable knowledge of the different products available. We generally didn’t think this store would be the one we would purchase a sofa from when we walked in but the combination of Lowri and the superb range of quality sofas changed our minds. We would definitely recommend to anyone to pop in and take a look.

Great communication to keep us updated on delivery. The delivery went very well, friendly staff and installed and positioned our sofas carefully and perfectly with no issues, no damage, no knocks on walls or door frames. Well pleased with the service and delivery

Greeted by James from Newport, told us about the store and where to find everything. Was not a pushy sales person. He was very knowledgeable about the sofa's and fabric also the combination's we could have. explained everything to us and also listened to what we had to say. Excellent sales person very polite with a lovely sense of humour.

Excellent experience, bought at a very fair price, delivered when they said they would, delivery drivers were courteous/helpful and the product itself is top quality while looking fabulous and feels luxurious.

I rarely leave reviews but I felt our experience is important to share.

The sofa itself is really nice and the finance plan was very good. Free delivery was a bonus too, so overall we’re happy with the actual product. However, the delivery experience let the whole thing down. When the drivers arrived, they were borderline rude and clearly frustrated that one corner section wouldn’t go through our standard UK door frame — which shouldn’t be difficult access at all. They told us this “happens all the time” and advised us to call the store to arrange a carpenter to cut part of the sofa to get it in. We were being quoted around £200 for a service that turned out to be completely unnecessary. While I was on the phone to the shop (who were lovely and very helpful), the drivers got short with both the staff member and with us, especially when asked to leave the sofa in our garage instead of taking it back to the distribution centre. After they left, my partner and I managed to get the sofa inside ourselves after taking the front door off.

As general feedback: corner sofas really should be designed to fit through a standard UK door frame. As it stands, it feels like many customers could end up being pushed toward paying £200 for something that shouldn’t be needed.Product good, store staff good — but the delivery service definitely needs improvement.
