The assistant was very helpful, and knowledgeable. The store had a good selection of settees.

We were given a ten minute time slot of 15.10 which was very precise and gave us the confidence to go to our usual morning classes. Unfortunately they arrived 4 hours early. I don't know what they would have done if my wife hadn't come back early.
Other than that all went as expected.

Excellent service delivered by sales assistant. Visited store 3 times and asked for the same person. Very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When not quite sure about an issue I raised took time to ask the store manager for advice.

well laidout store with plenty of options. we were well informed and looked after by the very polite and charming assistant .The delivery cost did shock me however.

I visited the store twice before my third visit and the staff were very knowledgable. The first time I went there I mentioned what sort of sofa I was after and she explained and guided me through where the type `i was looking for were and left us alone to try them out this was really good way.

The staff member in store was lovely and couldn't do enough for us, she was friendly informative and would highly reccomed

We only went in the shop for a look. Were impressed by the choice of sofas and quality.We left 30minutes later having bought 2 x two seater sofas.

I’ve been in cribbs causeway store 3 or 4 times. Smells divine like lemongrass. Great selection of furniture. Johnny with the rescue lucher dog Silky was a great help. I prefer not to be jumped on by staff when entering a store/shop

Wanted to purchase similar recliner that had bought a year before. Item was available but some difficulty in matching colour as names had changed. Eventually sorted. Price had risen considerably in the year. Last time offered discount. This time could not be provided at store discretion. Has to be by head office. So no recognition for returning customer.
