The delivery team kept us informed of the time they would arrive and given the weight of the sofa managed it well.
Luckily, they only had to carry it a short distance from the van into the open garage, otherwise two delivery men would have struggled getting it into the house (heavy and well built sofa-bed).
Challenge will come when it comes to moving into its position.

How disgusting can SCS be, still saying you haven't recieved the report from emmiera, we'll i called them last week and they sent it on thursday. Even today your still lying about not recieving it.
Do the right thing and collect this sofa that was manufactured with a fault as you cant alter the stitching.

Pick up and refund.

Absolutely awful service, SCS were fast enough to collect my money without any problems. Suite turned up, damaged, faulty, not complete and not correct. I phoned the customer services who asked me to complete the relevant forms and said i would get a call within 48 hours, 5 days later no call. Contacted again and still waiting for missing products to arrive. the wrong product is a store issue so they cannot do anything about this. I contacted the store to be told they wouldn't do anything about it unless we pay for it.
Never buy from SCS again.

2 battery packs not delivered, wrong poof ordered and a scratch mark on the sofa.

From instore to delivery of the new sofa everything went smoothly. The delivery guys were polite and very hard working Marcus and Paul. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ordering in the local store was a good experience, with lovely, friendly staff who explained everything fully to my 83 year old mother-in-law.
Her suite was delivered by friendly, professional and courteous staff, who respected her property and contents during the installation.
The only complaints are that A) she had decided to go to SCS as they advertised on TV and in store for delivery before Christmas and only after ordering was she told that delivery would actually be mid January. B) she was called on the 12th January advising delivery on the 14th, she agreed and paid the balance over the phone and was told “payment has been accepted and delivery will take place on the 14th.”
We then arranged for her existing furniture to be removed.
Unfortunately, no delivery took place on the 14th and we were advised that her payment had not gone through in time and delivery would now be on the 24th. I advised that she was 83 and now had no furniture. Delivery was bought forward to the 20th, which whilst not ideal, at least was slightly earlier.
Maybe it would be better if calling people 2 days before delivery and taking payment over the phone, that you advise that payment has been approved, but may not go through and that delivery may not take place as advised it you would let them know in advance.

Arrived on time, 2 drivers were friendly, respectful of our property and they set the sofa's up where we wanted them. Even removed their shoes. Excellent service thank you!

Inspected the sofas and positioned them where I wanted them to go

Both the team members were friendly and polite despite them getting stuck in traffic for 2 hours they arrived and delivered a good service

The tracker was accurate and amended the arrival time accordingly.

Shocking behaviour from all staff from start of our issue, our sofa beds metal frame had a manufacturer fault. The customer service people have been argumentative , rude , not prepared to listen, talk over me ,theyhave lost the personal touch over the past few years .
charging us for a call out to be told they dont deal with the supplier so item was never going to be fixed then only offered a % of what was paid for the item losing out on over 50% of cost ,left for nearly 3 months without a sofa bed as a disabled person I'm frustrated and feel completely unheard and ignored.
Customer service clearly run of a script and the favorite saying is If I could help I would but my hands are tied. Upset and let down by a dig company whom really don't value customers or want repeat custom , this hole process has made me feel ill and unvalued

My partner & I visited SCS Cannock a couple of weeks ago to look at sofas, we were helped by James the Deputy Manager, he was so helpful that we went back this weekend and ordered our Sofa and other pieces, we asked for James as he was just so polite & knowledgeable, he helped us through the process, and now we can't wait to get our sofa, Other conpanies in this area just don't give the level of service AAAA*****

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase from scs, the sofa is amazing, very comfy and very high quality ! Staff at the shop were very friendly and helpful, delievery was great, kept up to date and tracking available, great delivery drivers, great experience all round!

Can't get in touch with the local store. Nothing is mentioned about the difficulty contacting the store once order is placed.

Got text @ 6.31 saying delivery is 8.20-8.45, then phone call @ 6.57 saying they are 15 minutes away, then 7.09 rang & said they were by the gate, I said “no you’re not by the gate” he insisted he was, I had to go & look for them & they were near a block of garages by number 16, they could barely speak/understand English, when my husband asked if there was any paperwork they didn’t understand, so he said “instructions” so he just showed him how to use the recliner which we knew, we found the paperwork ourselves after they had gone

On time very careful with my home took his shoes off as I have a cream new carpet very professional

Furniture is lovely, just the bottom part is coming out and away, when Inspecting closely, their is a few screws missing and some are wobbly, iv taken pictures and a video.

I'll be round to see scs tomorrow as I'm not happy , but this can be easily resolved I hope

Sofa was delieved this morning as planned and earlier than the allocated time slot. Which was fantastic. Both the delivery guys where great and got my sofa in no problem. Taking the time and care not to mark any walls or the sofa. They were also extremly polite and asked me to remove items which they thought would catch or get in the way like lamp shades etc. They removed all packaging, so was left with no mess at all. The sofa is well built and so comfortable and definatly worth the money. Overall the service from the day we purchased it instore to ongoing commication, and finally to delivery. I couldnt be happier. Would recomend to use SCS and there service again. Fantastic job and fantastic sofa. Thank you!
