This smells absolutely nothing like the Abercrombie signature for women from the 90s. It smells like a really cheeky men’s cologne. Plus I ordered the silver cap and they sent me the gold cap. I hate... See more

I received my shipment without spray nozzles. They are unusable. I have tried calling, messaging, emailing, chatting and after over a week of no reply I am sending the 2 bottles of perfume back. I have used them before without a problem. But, it seems that this is not the same company I used before. They are uncooperative and hiding from their customers. I just read many complaints about them all recent. Am very disappointed and want the buyer to be very careful before ordering.

Scentmasters cheated me by sending me a supposed match for a retired Jil Sander perfume.
What they sent was NOT EVEN CLOSE!
I contacted them to complain and they said they would try to do better and send another perfume match. Never received anything. Called to complain. They came up with some excuse and said it is now on its way. That was months ago and nothing EVER came. This was a scam in my experience.
Scam
It seems this is a scam. They say they can match any scent and then send the same nauseating fragrance to everyone. The bottles are cheap, the fragrance had chunks floating in it, and for the cost of shipping and a few super cheap bottles theyve scammed me out of $75. Communication was inconsistent from the beginning, and if I had any doubts of this being a scam they confirmed it when the deleted my negative comments on facebook (blocked me from commenting again) and then lied to the BBB saying I was never a customer. You can view the picture of that and my proof on yelp or google. I hope they get shut down for their unethical business practices.
Had hope, but did not work in my favor....
Saw an ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try. My perfume smelled NOTHING like the original. Messaged them about it and the offered a refund, or to allow them to try again. Either way, they told me I could keep the one that I had (it's stinky and oily, so I tossed it and the bottle was leaking too). I went ahead and and sent them the VERY LAST BIT of my original perfume(upon their request) to them so it could help them recreate the scent. It has been almost 3 1/2 to 4 weeks since the tracking number said the sample arrived. We went in circles about how if the sample was with the scent matchers who makes the perfumes. Eventually they said they received it. 2 weeks had passed and they said that there are other samples ahead of mine. So now my last bit of perfume is gone and I still don't have my perfume. I would not recommend unless you're willing to give up your last bit of original perfume to be a sample for them and okay with waiting forever to even find out if it's right. But I may have sent my last bit for nothing and now regretting it. Have sent a message finally about just wanting a refund instead.
Gave it 3 stars instead of 1 simply because they allow their customers to keep the scent they had sent to them even if it's not right.
Maybe it was bad luck for me, but I won't order again. I also don't think my experience should stop people from giving scent matchers a try.
Nostalgia in a bottle!!!!!!
I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to give them a try because my all time favorite perfume was Gio by Giorgio Armani and I am happy to say they did no disappoint!!! I am 1,000% satisfied with their product! Not only does it smell exactly as I remember but you get to choose your bottle type and get to name your personalized fragrance! Top notch company and I can't wait to add more!
