They are just scammers

Got the same sample perfumes instead of as advertised. It’s seems that’s their modus operandi. My bank couldn’t refund my money which is a shame. They initially said l will get a 70% refund which l thought was odd but afterwards was told l will get a full refund which never came. Scammers!

I agree with what every poster has…

I agree with what every poster has commented on. I have had multiple replys from them saying my refund has been sent, even attaching a a raised refund note, since before Christmas.

Very nice at first with their apologies, now I've threatened them with legal action and they've stopped replying to my emails.

Does anyone have their address?

This is NOT a legitimate business. Please do not place an order. You will be scammed!

I responded to a convincing add, offering 5 X 100ml bottles of branded mens aftershave. When the parcel eventually arrived, the contents within contained 5 samples with the liquid content between 5ml and 10ml.
I contacted my credit card provider, and these scammers defended their position, telling my card provider that they had supplied the goods as they were advertised on the original add. I photographed the packaging and samples and emailed the evidence to Nat West. They accepted the evidence I had provided and reversed the payment and recredited my account.

Their products are not genuine

Their products are not genuine. I will advise people to be careful with purchasing any parfum from them. They display the images as 100ml but when it arrived it's 10 ml bottle. The scent stays on you for only couple of minutes. They are scammers

SCENTIQY looks like a dodgy Chinese…

SCENTIQY looks like a dodgy Chinese Company using a fancy name! I paid £56 for a bunch of perfumes after an advert on YouTube came up a number of times, 27Nov25! Now 09Dec2025 nothing yet and no more response to my emails! On enquiry, I got apologies first in Spanish, then in English from Norway! On entering my Tracking No. I see some Chinese writings and a sign of plane, like package in air from Guanghzou China! Company adverts as in EU! I dont know how this happens in the UK off Ytube! How's YouTube protecting us/ or they just making millions off our pain!

Responded to the Google ad for a 5…

Responded to the Google ad for a 5 aftershave bundle. As with other people I have received nothing whatsoever. Became suspicious when no confirmation email was received. This company is a total scam. Am going to report to bank and action fraud. It amazes me just how people such as this can place an advert and be allowed to get away with it. Do the advert companies not do any checks!! Utterly disgusted........ 😡😡😡😡
