We had never bought these before, and because we are ordering online, have not smelled the scents until they arrived. EVERY scent we purchased were so strong they made us sick. According to Terri, we are unable to return these. So please be very careful if you purchase these, as you will not get your money back if you don’t like or can’t tolerate the strong overwhelming smell.

Extremely dissappointed with my experience this time around. I have purchased from them in the past with complete satisfaction. I was very happy with the level of scent their room sprays gave off but definitely not this time around. They lose scent within 10 minutes of spraying them. I called customer service to ask for a refund and was denied. They offered an exchange but I had to pay the shipping cost of $18 AGAIN. It would have cost me $40 in shipping for a $13 product. They sent a link to leave a review and low and behold the link did not work. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from them again.

It is a terrible company. My new warmer came defective ( all the frosted finish coming off). They claim that is normal and won't do anything about it. My club bars are 7 years old. I just recieved my club and I complained that a few were poured in 2019. They offered to send me fresh and again they sent me 7 year old bars. The customer service is the worst. I can no longer purchase from such a terrible company. I used to purchase so much but the quality and customer service is the absolute worst now. Ashame.

Received a shock from this candle warmer lightbulb placement. Unsafe.

Quality has declined , scent doesnt last long anymore , and is now too expensive for what it is . Their warmers are nice but again become too expensive unless they have a mega sale on. As for their new edition of the candles at 40 pounds ! Is ridiculous! ...get better quality wax from people who make their own wax . I found one whose quality of wax, scent throw and all products outshine scentsy . Scentsy have gone massively downhill!

Although the wax burners are lovely in there self, but the wax didn't seam strong mild smell iv have used different fragrances the only ones strong was xmas ones,and quite expensive

I have the baby grand piano warmer and it started sparking and almost caught fire where the cord goes into the mechanism that holds the bulb.. since they have a lifetime warranty on their warmers I called them up and apparently I have to pay $10 for the other warmer that I picked out.. They only gave me a $35 credit. They don’t taken into consideration inflation. The price of the warmers went up a little bit since I had purchased the grand piano warmer.. I thought a “lifetime warranty “ ment they replaced my broken warmer not made me pay a difference for another one, and I still have to send my old warmer back.. what a rip off

Well since scentsy wants to try and remove my review let's do it again.
This company is one of WORST in all of IDAHO maybe even the west side of the US.
You can work for them for years. Be one of the TOP employees in your department and they will up and fire you if you are over the age of 50.
Last year they cut between 50-100 employees 99% being above the ages of 50. Only reason I know is someone i know was layed off and they GAVE this person a list of everyone they layed off with their ages and how long they were at the company.
These people have made BILLIONS since they started and couldn't even give them a bad severance package it was AWFUL not even enough for 2 months off of work.
This company also treats its employees like complete garbage and they reward stupidity. The co workers of this person I know would show up to work late almost EVERY day, would leave EARLY multiple days a week and these. You can do whatever you want at that company if you are MORMON. If you are not MORMON, you will be treated like garbage because youre not part of their culty club. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. absolute joke of a company.

The wax melts when first added to the warmer smell incredible, this smell probably lasts for 6-10 hours max.....

The lamps also fail quickly, constantly having bulbs blow then the lamp itself doesn't turn on.....100% recommended going back to the original tea light method personally. Overall, very disssapointed in the Scentsy products along with there customer service.

Tried to order some wax, but apparently because they ran out of "free gift bags" which you can't remove from the order, it wouldn't let me buy anything. Tried several times and it just kept saying "sorry, this isn't available so we've removed it from your basket" only, it hadn't removed it at all and you can't do it manually so means you can't actually order anything. Absolute toilet of a website, I see the general reviews for scentsy are pretty bad now and when you include bot reviews that shows a real terrible product and a terrible team. Waste of time, I'll go try someone elses wax, someone whos website actually works.

The worst company. This company makes lots of promises and does not keep any of them. I was sellling and in the middlle of a party my account was canceled and I could get my pay. I went round and round with the Portal company and if I wanted payment I had to pay an extra $9.00 to mail a check!!!!

I’ll start with saying you can’t leave a review on scentsy. It says we can’t submit your review at this time. For the dashing through the pines, The lights have flickered on and off or just went off and would stay off until I turned it off and back on by the switch. Waiting for a return label for over a week now. Just don’t even waste your time or money. I sent in a video of it doing this and was told “they can’t see the video”

I placed a large order in their recent sale with my new Scentsy consultant.
They decided to change couriers without giving customers the choice. I have always had UPS deliveries with no problem but this time they sent by DPD. DPD is less than useless in this area and never deliver, either losing parcels or dumping at a Post Office with no option to choose. My delivery was dumped at a Post Office where I had to pay parking charges and struggle with a very heavy box. The contents were damaged and they just do not care !

I placed an order and it had been sitting in a warehouse since September 25 with no updates. Numerous calls to scentsy and no action was taken and was told nothing could be done until the first part of November. After many more calls I was finally issued a replacement order that was issued a week ago. Today they finally have a tracking number which means I will still be waiting another 2- 3 weeks for my order. Scentsy claims to care about the customers needs but this order has shown they do not care. Considering the prices I think they could do better to accommodate customers when packages sit in warehouses collecting dust. My rep went above and beyond to try to help but she can only do so much. Come on scentsy. I'm sure you can do better.

I was shocked how much the tangled web warmer has increased in price from the previous year. It’s quite small and not even that well made. The coating has come off in a small place but not visible when turned to the back. I think they’re massively overpriced for what they are and massively overhyped. At least this one melts the wax and looks nice.

Scentsy have been around the U.K for a while. They do the best, attractive wax melt burners. However the company itself has lost touch with it’s customers and here is why:

Scentsy 5 Bar collection is a whopping £33.00!
Other wax melts on the market:
▪️One Scentsational wax melt in ASDA £2.00 but offer for three packs is £5.00!
▪️Grayson & Willow (Made in the U.K.!) wax melts £3.50 Neon Nightmares 6 bars Collection £18.00
So you see how out-of-touch this company are when selling their products.
Considering the market is profitable-I noticed how over-priced Scentsy are. Perhaps in America they think is acceptable but in the U.K we go for quality and price! Other wax melt companies smell incredible and you get more for your money. This company do excell in the wax melt burners but the wax melts also don’t smell as nice as others either. If Scentsy are going to continue in the U.K they need to understand MLMs don’t go with the public. We see through cons and the ridiculously priced wax melts show that. American company is treating British people like idiots. No way if this company started up - it would survive. They are mugging us on daylight while putting pretty pictures up on their website like some weird Clockwork Orange thing, they belive we will fall for it.

I have always really enjoyed scentsy. For almost 20 years. But quality has seemed to go down while prices have increased. My biggest complaint is the cost of shipping while shipping is so very slow. I ask scentsy to please do better! There is competition out there and I spend quite a bit of money on these items.

Order never shipped, called customer service and they advised that I could not request a cancelation/money back, as they do NOT DO REFUNDS but they would put in a reorder. I don't do business with people i can't get my money back, if needed. I'll take it up with my credit card company.

I ordered the love lives here warmer. I spilt wax on the side used a wet cloth to wipe it and all the bronze started peeling off. Be careful what you buy. I will use plug ins from Walmart cheaper and won't wreck

Scentsy is one of my favourite companies to do shopping. I have made a purchase; as a result, consultant was the best and fabulous person very helpful. I would recommend to purchase anything great here. What a wonderful company, services and consultants. Definitely, I am willing to stay one of the customers here always like everything overall a lot. The purchase that I made few months ago like it a lot really with great prices and fantastic quick shipping. All products are very interesting. Rima likes to shop at Scentsy so much. My consultant was more than great person. Thank you and thanks for great service and best products. My experience to do shopping was an excellent. It’s an excellent overall here and friendly.
