I am very disappointed by this agent
I am very disappointed by this agent. The letting manager viewed and valued my property for letting purposes and recommended some works to be carried out to bring it to a better standard. I did the works and contacted him so that we could continue the process. He did NOT respond to my email. I followed up with calls which he did not pick. After the last call he sent me a text to call me later. It is now two weeks since then.

Excellent Service
I found Sandra Davidson to be really straight forward and professional while providing their services. Ali came over to my property for a valuation and gave me an excellent understanding of my property worth and potential future aspects. Out of all agents that came around I found that Ali stood out the most. Highly recommend going to them for their services.

After using other agents in the past, I have been so impressed with Sandra Davidson Estate Agents. From when I first met Nitan, I felt confident that they would sell my property. Riz and Ali dealt with all viewings - they were always punctual and knowledgeable with the area and the house. I always felt like I was dealing with real people and not robots! Lesley then dealt with the matter efficiently through to the exchange of contracts. An outstanding agency
Sandra Davidson estates agent in seven kings have been the most reliable agent I’ve used since 2011, Lesley & Zaid have done an excellent job they all ways kept me updated what ever the matter in the most professional manner. Recently helped me with the sale of my property and the service provided was excellent never needed to chase them for anything they found a buyer immediately after the property was up on sale and found me the best solicitors to act in the sale procedure they liaised with both parties solicitors which reduced a huge amount of stress for me. I have dealt with many other agents and must say Sandra division are the best to sell or rent your property..

At Sandra Davidson Estate Agents, we work to a strict code of conduct which is underpinned by our code of best practise, The NAEA, statutory authorities, The Property Ombudsman and Anti-Money Laundering regulations dictated by HM Revenue & Customs.
Having investigated your compliant, I understand from the office that the offer was not formally accepted. Although your offer may have been acceptable in terms of the amount offered, we were waiting for documents from you so that we could verify in order to sign off our Anti Money Laundering checks. Unfortunately, without carrying out this risk assessment, we are unable to progress any offers to sale agreed.
Therefore your offer was never formally accepted and a sale agreed letter with notification of sale were not issued.
Generally, solicitors will not start work on a purchase/sale, until they have received a formal letter confirming the sale has been agreed, along with a memorandum of sale which contains relevant information the solicitors need to start work.
I am surprised your solicitor commenced work on the purchase, without having receiving memorandums of sale, it may be worth asking them to provide a refund.
If you are still interested in proceeding with the purchase, please contact our office at your earliest convenience, providing the requested documents so we can carry out our money laundering checks, and if satisfactory report to the vendor and seek their instructions.

WORST estate agency
The WORST estate agency I have ever dealt with. Riz confirmed that the sellers have accepted our offer for a property but slyly continued viewings and accepted a different offer without notifying us. We had already instructed and paid for our solicitors to start working on the purchase and are now left out of pocket and wasted time which we could've spent looking for another property. Not professional at all - they didn't even notify me until I kept calling for an update on my purchase. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM

Highly recommended Estate Agents
After moving abroad, I rented my property for five years, and during all these years Sandra Davidson Estate Agents were my letting agents. I could not have found better agents to let my property. The service I received from them was of the highest standard. They found the best tenants to rent my property, managed the property extremely well, were prompt in all communications, and ensured that my property was well looked after whilst it was rented.
Sandra Davidson Estate Agents again helped me sell the same property (the property was only sold last week) in a record time. The whole process of the property sale was so smooth, all due to the very high standards of professional help and advice I received from my estate agents.
I especially want to thank Monty who has always been extremely helpful in all matters of letting and sale of the property.
I would recommend Sandra Davidson Estate Agents to anyone who is looking to rent or sell their property.

Great Estate Agents
We have sold our house and bought the new one through Sandra Davidson. Both experiences have been great. I wouldn’t have gone to view the one we bought if Rizwan hadn’t insisted as he knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Zayed, Ali, Rizwan and Lesley have been brilliant from start to finish!
