I bought 2 wigs, on the 27th of April, trying to reach them by email or WhatsApp, they chose to ignore all my messages, i haven’t received my hair yet but i strongly believe they are not reliable and it seems they are scam, i will want my refund as their hair doesn’t interest me anymore.

Bought two wigs from them and both were horrible! €250 wasted!

Horrible experience! What you see is NOT what you will get! They take your money and hold onto it for over 3 months, ignoring your emails. After more than 20 emails sent to their customer service and advising them that I was going to inform the social media influencer that recommended their wigs, and 3 months later, they finally sent wig. However, they sent the wrong type of hair, body wave. I didn't order body wave! When I emailed and complained about what they sent, they had the nerve to respond by suggesting that I try using a curling iron to make the wig curly like the curl pattern/hair type that it should be! Now they are back to ignoring my emails again! Buyers beware as this company obviously can not be trusted. They will take your money and send you junk. Poor business practice to ignore paying customers rather than correct YOUR mistake. So sad!

Their wigs are exactly as you see it. I usually order in their Mongolian hair because it's super silky and makes great Bob hair styles. It's better to contact them via whatsapp using their phone number on their site. You get faster replies and feedbacks there than via email. You can also contact them to change cap size or hair type even after you have placed the order. I have ordered 2 wigs from them and I am very pleased.

Customer service was excellent! They made my wig custom to order and kept me updated every step. The hair quality is nice and the wig is very well made.

Hands down the best wig company. Very very very little shedding. Typically after I wash my hair/wig it sheds a lot. Not this wig. I’m telling you it is so full & thick. I got the straight texture- it’s been 3 weeks & im satisfied

My very first lace wig. It’s completely glue less and the lace blend in perfectly. The hair is so soft also. Will be buying from them again. The communication from customer service is great. The only problem is the delay in delivery. It took longer than mentioned in the website. Overall very trustworthy company.

I have asked 6 times for the address to return these ugly cheap wigs. Each time they try to get me to keep them. I sent the video and they approved return but not giving me the address or responding. SCAM. Do not order here.

Literally the BEST company ever!! I’m a VERY brand new wig wearer (got my first one in June) and their wigs are so easy to use. The hair is great (especially their straight and body waves). The lace melts easy for me and the plucking looks really good. The best thing is their customer service! Any problems, questions, or concerns have been answered and resolved in a timely manner, always polite, and makes sure they understand exactly what you’re saying. Again, I bought my first wig in June and it is now September and I own THREE. I’m so happy I accidentally found this brand because I don’t see myself shopping anywhere else for wigs for a very long time. You get a great wig, customer service, and gifts all for very cheap prices — It’s a win!! (Ps. I am not an influencer, affiliate, or do anything related to the company. You're kept up to date on your orders. And they customize orders when you ask. Shipping is never long. As a business they genuinely uphold their slogan.

Salon Ready Wig is going to be my go to for glueless wigs from now on! Customer Service was amazing. I received confirmation when my order left the country, when it arrived and when I should expect it. Carrier was nice as well and handled my package with care. There was no weird smell on both of my wigs, no shedding and they were super soft. I have not styled yet, but the wigs I order were brown roots and the rest platinum blonde and there is no need to tone the blonde because it is bright and not yellow. I am so glad I found this wig company!

18 / 13x4 / 23inch cap, bleached knots (extra $20, not sure how much that equates to in pounds £). Peruvian.
I received regular updates but theres up to a days wait in responses, but because of the wait I had to get my hair braided into extensions instead for an upcoming event.

When I received the wig it was soft, pretty, slight sheading, no tangling. I received gifts with my wig, pink plastic wig stand, hair strap, 2 caps, mink 3d eyelashes and a comb. my braids were too thick to try on the wig so I've taken them out, did small flat cornrows and I did the bald cap method and put the wig on and the lace doesn't cover my sides at all height wise it stops at the top of my ears but doesnt reach my across to my ears, I went to measure the lace and its 10x4, no matter how much i stretch it out its still 10in. There's no point at this point in asking for a refund so my only option is to see what people do in this instance on YouTube and try altering it myself. I'm disappointed because I wanted to find somewhere that I could buy up to 5 wigs because I'm coming away from relaxed hair and sew ins. I'll do more research on a different company as this was more of an impulse buy that I saw on tiktok and cost around £120.

In reply to you, yes I agree I did request a large cap size of 23inchs I did mention it above and it is the correct size as i have measured of course with my natural braided hair before i got braided extensions put in. I didn't remove my natural hair, measure my head and stick it back to my head. If your wig cap sizes do not accommodate for small neat short braids and a bald cap placed over that then am I meant to shave my whole hair off for your wigs to fit?

secondly I've received loads of emails about the latest hair that you're selling and I do regularly check my spam, since writing this review a) I've never heard from you in regards to this review directly to my email. b) I have never asked you for a refund or exchange so why did you say that I refused an exchange if I've never requested one? c) I've measured the lace numerous times and as I said it does go 4inches back but it definitely doesn't stretch to 13inches or more at the longest point it still stops at 10inches no matter how much I stretch it.

I did find a useful youtube hack to alter the frontal by desiree lynn: make your wig bigger any size. so now my frontal stretches and covers my hair/wig cap, I was worried that the lace would be damaged but my only option at the time was to wear it as is or to bin it so I went for it and it has worked just be really careful and it doesn't take long to do at all.

Salonready was so amazing not only with their tracking process but with their quality as well!! They gave me amazing items as well as a cap and other how to guides as well! (For installation). I found them through Lenora Corley’s (salonreadywithher) instagram page and will definitely order again!! Is a must!!

So disappointed with my experience with this company. I needed a blonde wig specifically for a new job by a certain date. Before ordering, I reached out, explained my situation, and asked if they could guarantee package arrival by that date. They assured me it would be rush delivered and not to worry about a thing. The package was multiple days late. I had to spend more money on a wig from a local beauty store last minute. When the wig did arrive, it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. It didn’t fit, no coverage around the temples/ears. So thin that the wefts all the way down to my nape area were visible in the back no matter how I tried to situate it. The lace was very visible as well, not “HD”. I requested a refund and went back and forth with them for days as they tried to offer me everything except my money back. I’d already gone out and bought another wig! Finally I agreed to just let them send me a new “custom” one if I paid an upcharge for the difference. After all the hassle, they should’ve just let me return the first wig and sent me a better one for the SAME price. I was so fed up by that point I gave in. It took ages to arrive. When it did, the hair quality was terrible. Over bleached, fried, and stringy. I tried saving it with an expensive bond repair mask and no luck. My synthetic wigs have more movement than this. The lace is still crap. I’ve tried makeup, melting sprays, everything. Not a “slip on and go wig” like they advertise with lace like that. $200+ and weeks later and this is where I’m at.

Honestly, It's the love! Not only did they keep up with the status of my shipment, they also made sure I was notified of each step. The customer service is so personal. They made me feel like I was their only client. When I received my wig. They followed up with me and guys this may not mean much to some but they literally said. "I love you" and that they appreciate me trusting the brand! Love conquers all and I believe they put alot of love in their products and services! My favorite

I was sketchy from buying from there because of cost and how it would look on me. But the customer service person helped me.Very communicative, they let me know if it was going to be late or early even and it even came super earlier than i expected. The wig had a smell but nothing to pester about frl. Overall great experience

Super easy to style! This is by far the best glueless wig I’ve tried yet! The lace is amazing 😻
