Order: GW2358 Was supposed to be delivered by today February 11th I’ve emailed them and chatted them on their website and got no response I guess I’ll have to dispute this transaction this is so sad because I really liked this company and never had this issue before I’m not sure what happened.

I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. I was a loyal customer until one of my most recent purchases turned out to be a bad batch of hair—the frontal was so severely matted that it was impossible to detangle.

When I contacted customer service, instead of addressing the issue directly, they insisted I place another order with the promise of a “reward.” Although they stated they could not issue a refund, I agreed and placed another order. That order took longer than usual to process, so I reached out again to either confirm the status or request a refund. At that point, a representative admitted there was a misunderstanding and agreed to process a refund within 3–5 business days.

It has been well beyond that timeframe, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received my refund nor any response.

This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I am sharing my experience to warn others so they can avoid going through the same frustration. Also the company blocked blocked me on their social media platforms after posting my review in their
comment sections.

The hair is beautiful, but I have one problem with it. He shared a little bit the quality is not hundred percent, but it’s okay

Customer Service, communication was excellent.

The wigs are very poor quality and the size is not the real sizes. And I would send them back if the return was not difficult. I say to the customers every where don’t waste your money like I did, I lost on these items.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order ORDER GW2097 to not recieve a response from them at all. I have messaged then on Instagram & sent 5 emails & no response. I will be refunded by my bank & reporting you to bbb. Horrible customer service.

Wasn’t the same product when you get a discount item. The lace was a different color and texture . Was not a crystal lace

Listen with so much scammers out there you don’t want to take the chance , I have been shopping with genius wigs for two years now and the communication is great the wigs are even better , I really love there wigs I think I bought every one of the crystal lace wigs by now . Get yours too

Products from Genius are good quality. Have been using them for a few years and I have never been failed yet. Items are sent in good time.

I’m very impressed with this company. I ORDERED THE AFRO KINKY CURLY CRYSTAL HD LACE WIG. This is one of the best wig units I have gotten so far. The lace is extremely realistic and blends well when you bleach the lace. The curls when styled Are super soft and very curly . I was able to communicate with the company to see the unit before it was shipped to me which was a great experience. I rate this wig a 5/5 for the texture and the lace definitely a great buy and worth the price

I received the wrong size wig! I was sent a small cap when I ordered a large cap! I even paid extra for the large cap! I want to be refunded! I'm so upset 😡 I needed this wig for an event! I have real thick long hair and it will not fit over my natural hair!

Do not buy from this company, I purchased a wig from them, it wasn't the wig I ordered, the wig was unwearable it was badly made, when I asked for a refund it was a big problem they eventually agreed so I had to spend my money returning it via DHL, which wasn't cheap, then when the package arrived in China, they refused the package because the didn't want to pay the Duty. So I wasted my money to return it. This company do not know how to treat people they take your money & send you rubbish wigs, I will never buy from them again & I would never recommend them to anyone, there are better wig companies out there avoid GeniusWigs

I’ve ordered over 6 times with this company and it’s never bad. Products come fast and exactly what I want.

I loved the wig other than it being too small. I never was sent a wig this small out of all the wigs I own and I have purchased two wigs from genius wigs before and they were never this small. I'm kinda disappointed in the sized cause the wig was expensive...

I never received my package or tracking information!

Took very long to get mailed out and didn’t get mailed until AFTER I finally reached out to the company, almost a month after purchase. When it arrived, the hair itself was very thin, and nothing like the photograph pictured on the website. I do like the HD lace. I was asked to put a description for the “free“ wig I wanted and received a bob wig, which again was super thin, and nothing like what I described wanting. Disappointing experience. Won’t purchase from them again.

I will never Order from GeniusWigs ever again. I ordered a 23in Wig it was so small it would not cover my head. I’m reporting them on Rip-Of-Reporting site .so if anyone considering ordering a large beware.

I really like them I m gonna wait to see how long they last 4 days going strong 💪
