Scammers, Betrüger, Escrocs, Обманщики

One star is far too generous for this company. We ordered three pairs of shoes that didn’t fit and sent them back in an insured package at our own expense. A month and a half has passed, and I have neither my money nor the products. The seller does not respond to any emails. People, please do not buy anything from this seller — they are a major scammer!!!

Ein Stern ist viel zu großzügig für diese Firma. Wir haben drei Paar Schuhe bestellt, die nicht passten, und sie auf eigene Kosten als versichertes Paket zurückgeschickt. Anderthalb Monate sind vergangen, und ich habe weder mein Geld noch die Ware. Der Verkäufer antwortet auf keine einzige E-Mail. Leute, bitte kauft nichts bei diesem Verkäufer – er ist ein großer Betrüger!!!

Une étoile est beaucoup trop généreuse pour cette entreprise. Nous avons commandé trois paires de chaussures qui n’allaient pas et les avons renvoyées à nos frais dans un colis assuré. Un mois et demi s’est écoulé, et je n’ai ni mon argent ni les articles. Le vendeur ne répond à aucun e-mail. S’il vous plaît, n’achetez rien auprès de ce vendeur — c’est un véritable escroc !!!

Одна звезда это слишком много для этой фирмы, мы выписали 3 пары обуви, которые не подошли и за свои деньги отправили застрахованую посылку назад, прошло полтора месяца, у меня нет ни денег, ни товара, продавец не отвечает ни на один емэйл. Люди, пожалуйста не покупайте у этого продавца товары, это большой обманщик!!!

shirt gets holes after 6 times washing

I have been wearing saint james clothes for quit a long time because i really like the design. Last month i sent back a t-shirt with a couple of holes in it after using it for one season and washing it maybe 6 times. Their respons was, after 4 mails and sendig the shirt to france,: it is your own fault: you didn't was them well.... Quit bizar. Saint James lost a fan.

I love the fit and quality of the Tees!

I love the fit and quality of the Tees. In particular the Garde Cote III (which comes in various stripes and a solid or two). I have several, and some are a few years old now. They glide over the body with a nice shape but not too form fitting, and fabulous alone or under a blazer or sweater, pack very well, wear well, wash well (I hang dry over a towel rack) -- HOWEVER for the Garde Cote III you must order 2 sizes up (as it says on the website) otherwise it is very very form fitting. I normally wear a US 10 or 12 in tops, and the 14 is perfect on me. I normally would wear FR 40 or 42, and the 44 is perfect on me. There other tees are more true to size, I believe. I purchase online...

Poor Experience & Managers

I have always appreciated the affordability of this establishment in comparison to pricier alternatives like Equinox. However, my recent experience regarding my membership cancellation left me with some concerns that I believe need to be addressed for the benefit of potential new members.

The crux of my dissatisfaction revolves around the parking facilities, which I found less than ideal, and this did influence my overall gym-going experience. I communicated my decision to cancel my membership to Sajag, the membership experience representative, adhering strictly to the stated cancellation protocol.

Regrettably, Sajag was unavailable at the time, and my correspondence was taken up by Matt, the general manager. I explained my situation in detail to Matt and believed my cancellation request was clearly communicated and understood.

To my surprise, I was billed for another month. In response, I reached out again via email, only to have Sajag respond, seemingly unaware of my previous conversations with Matt. After forwarding the prior email chain, I received no further communication.

I visited the gym personally to resolve the issue, and the front desk confirmed my membership cancellation, promising that Sajag would reach out to me. Unfortunately, after several missed calls and unresponsive emails, I finally got a hold of Sajag only to learn that my membership was still active due to an unprocessed Google form.

Despite my numerous emails explicitly stating my wish to cancel my membership, Sajag insisted that the Google form was essential. I was assured that my membership would finally be cancelled, but I was disappointed to learn that I would not be eligible for a refund of $235.

This experience has unfortunately soured my perception of the gym. It was a journey that felt unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, especially considering the clear communication provided about my intentions to cancel. I believe potential new members would greatly benefit if the gym could improve its communication channels and streamline its cancellation process.

If this process were more straightforward and customer-centric, I would likely have considered returning in the future. However, with the current experience, I find myself leaning more towards pricier options like Equinox for their reputed customer service. This feedback is provided in the hope that improvements can be made to enhance the overall customer experience.

No return support

The dress ran very small but the problem is the lack of return support. You are on your own for shipping to include paying for it. The website apparently only allows for five star reviews. Be sure what you are buying.

I bought one of their shirts a month…

I bought one of their shirts a month ago as a gift to my nephew - did I like the quality? I don't know, since I never received it.
Long story short, Parcelforce (UK) says they delivered it to me but upon investigation I found out they delivered it to a completely different address to what I provided. I asked them to look into it further but I was not getting anywhere with them so I contacted Saint James customer support for help...
They got back to me to say I need to send them a handwritten letter(!) to say my package never arrived. A handwritten and signed letter. In 2021. I don't think I will get anywhere with them either, so I'll just have to suck it up and forget about the money I spent (it wasn't a lot, maybe that's why they don't care?)
I never leave reviews online, but this experience has been quite abysmal. I'd avoid this company at all costs in the future. It's a shame as the products seem lovely.

Avoid at all cost!!!

I have returned several items in perfect condition with all labels attached at my own expense. Days later, I received an Email in French stating some items had stains and will not be refunded.
I have never experienced anything like this and urge every customer to avoid this shop!
