SAB have managed our dozen or so BTL properties for over 20 years. They are excellent at finding new tenants, vetting them and managing the maintenance. Thoroughly recommended

SAB are an excellent property agent, we have been letting our houses in Cambridge with them for many years, and the service is first class. They deal with tenants in a very fair and supportive manner which fits in well with our ethics. You can really judge a business when issues arise and recently we had one while renovations were carried out, which SAB resolved quickly, professionally and fairly. I would highly recommend SAB to look after your property or to use to rent a property through.

I would like to highly recommend Saint Andrews Bureau if you are looking for genuinely excellent property management. SAB has managed two properties for me since 2013, which speaks for itself in a competitive market. At all times I have found the property managers to be highly professional, attentive and friendly, as are the administrative staff. Whenever issues arise, as they do from time to time, I am informed immediately and any problems are resolved promptly. That is the service I expect and receive. With their management expertise I can rest easy knowing that both my properties and tenants are respected and looked after. The service has been faultless.

I can only speak for the Longstanton branch who I cannot praise highly enough. They are always, friendly helpful and efficient. If I have any sort of problem with my flat I'm sure that they will help or point me in the correct direction.

Initially working with Colin, more recently with Claire both have been excellent always responding to me quickly and keeping me up to date with changes in legislation. We have used St Andrews Bureau to manage our Cambridge property since we moved to France eleven years ago. From the outset they were helpful and professional. Claire Baron the office Operations Director explained the process to us clearly and the administrative process was straightforward. They have always found good tenants for us and we have not had a problem with any of the tenants. They are also quick to communicate problems with the house that arise and sort them out promptly using local tradesmen. Communication with the office has not been a problem. We receive a report with photographs of the house after their regular visits to the property. In summary they are a reliable and responsive letting agency that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

St Andrews Bureau have fully managed up to 8 properties for us in Cambridge since early 2017. In that time I have had excellent and prompt service and communications from them and they have dealt with tenants in the considerate and pragmatic way that I would have wanted. They have also dealt with repairs promptly and pragmatically but referred to me for views or approval where I have asked them to. I have had a single point of prime contact for all matters as well as having other members of SAB who have remained constant and known to me. SAB have given me the service and advice that I need and I am very satisfied with the comfort it brings.

As an RICS registered chartered surveyor living away from Cambridge I have used SAB to manage rental properties in Cambridge over the last 25 years. In that time they have been a great help in expanding the portfolio from 4 properties to over 25. The expansion has been all ‘build to let’ projects. Kane and his team have helped with advice throughout keeping a ‘market’ eye on the design process through to build completion then taking over to prepare for letting including furnishings as required.

The properties are managed expertly. SAB keep abreast of changing regulations and record keeping. Reporting to me and accountants is seamless. The properties are well maintained.

Communicative and prompt in sorting issues raised. Also very friendly. The checks that were carried out was also made very easy though the use of a third party platform which made it a lot smoother in terms of what you needed to provide. Thank you SAB.
