We are sorry to hear that you were so disappointed with the pricing of our HP 304 printer ink. I can understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you were urgently looking for a cartridge to print some important forms and had already been unable to find the product elsewhere locally.

We appreciate you sharing your concerns regarding the difference in pricing compared with other retailers. While our pricing can vary depending on the product, supplier and current promotions, we understand that you may feel the price you paid was higher than expected. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration.

We are however pleased to hear that the colleagues in our Widnes store were pleasant and helpful during your visit.
