Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Needed stronger lenses for cycling. Too strong for existing Oakley Jawbone (also from RxSport). Ellie - very helpful, thank you - recommended Bolle Victus Pro. Ability to trial frames was useful. Guided through ordering correctly by a patient Ellie (again!). Regularly informed of progress of order. Glasses (photochromic) give excellent vision including peripheral, and sun protection - and haven't steamed up so far (though very dry conditions at present). Thank you

Ordered 23/6/26. Still not received my order. I settled for the wrong colour to avoid a delay. I would have been better off ordering the correct colour and I would have had them by now. My order number is 6000766610. Can you order the correct colour please to compensate my patience.
**Customer service from RX Sport have addressed my issue immediately. I have now recognised that it wasn't their fault/mistake and it was a supplu chain issue. RX Sport were extremely attentive & apologetic for the situation that was beyond their control and have smoothed over the situation even though it wasn't their fault. Many thanks to the young lady who addressed my situation and solved the problem.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review and speaking with me yesterday regarding your order.
I’m very sorry we were unable to fulfil your order for spare nosepads within the expected lead time. Whilst not a stock item, on attempting to place the initial order with Oakley, it was found that the part was on backorder for up to 12 weeks. After this, the decision was made to go with a different colourway so it would be quicker. The new nosepads are due to arrive with us this week and will be shipped to you ASAP.
We never wish for a customer to be unhappy with the service received, so I’m glad we were able to discuss the delay further.
