Carpet could not be sent back because 2 days too late requested. Even after personal contact with the support there was no Solution offered. Would have been a low effort to allow it anyways but the manager said no. One customer lost… still open for resolving

The rug I have received is a wonderful piece that became a statement piece in my bedroom. It is Ebbalina rug, size 200x300cm. It is very well made, has wonderful colors and it feels amazing under my feet. I highly recommend it.

Misplaced items and zero support
I would have liked to see the two rugs I ordered, but UPS ignored my delivery instructions and misplaced them. Furthermore, there is no customer support from either UPS or Rugvista to get back to my emails.

Good carpet
Good carpet! Was a bit unsure because some reviews weren't the best, but for me all turned out well. I got the Chessie Coral. The colour is beautiful. Yes, it was folded, but after 1 day it's already much better, it just needs time. It does smell like chemicals a bit but only if you go very close, but just like that i dont smell anything.

So disappointed with the quality of tugs bought. 2 very expensive rugs bought before Xmas . The colour was not the deep red we believed but more orange, still we decided to keep but the gabbeh is such poor quality it is piling and the strands are so short they are sticking up,despite being a few months old looks tatty and old , dooo disappointed

Shipping may cause wrinkles in your carpet. This is not a manufacturing defect and can be easily remedied. The reason we fold some of our carpets for transport is because we pack packages according to the standards and norms (max 2 meters long) of our shipping partners.
I would like to give you further information about this. The wrinkles on your carpet usually disappear on their own after a short period of time. When the carpet lies flat on the floor, the material's natural combination allows the carpet to regain its structure and shape. I would like to recommend you to try the following steps to speed up the process. Roll up the carpet tightly with the pile facing inwards and let it rest for a few days. Regarding the smell, When unpacking your new carpet, you may notice a slight odor. This is due to the fact that the carpet was packed airtight during transport. The smell is normal and will disappear after a few days.

Poor packaging.
The rug I ordered was 150cm diameter, it arrived promptly and as seen in the picture but was delivered in a plastic envelope folded about 4 times. It’s currently under a heavy wool rug to try to straighten it out. It’s like a wavy sea and a dangerous trip hazard. Rugs should be rolled to prevent the fibres and backing being damaged. I hope I can rescue it!! Sorry not impressed and won’t be using again.

Within the course of the next few days and weeks the fold marks should go away by themselves.
