A beautiful carpet
A beautiful carpet! Excellent quality! However I was surprised RugVista sent a size 3.50x2.50 metres carpet by UPS! And so was UPS! I thought RugVista would send professionals from Trier (40km) to lay a carpet of this size. Instead the UPS deliverer, furious, threw the carpet into the garage saying he was only authorized to carry maximum 5 kilos. I struggled alone, my husband is handicapped, to bring up the new carpet and get the old one downstairs. Backbreaking work. However following this remark RugVista apologised and granted me 10% reduction.

While we are very happy that the rug arrived and is just what you expected, we are very sorry and disappointed to hear of your experience with UPS. Of course, we frown upon this treatment of our customers and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that was caused - this should not have been the case!
UPS is one of our main shippers as they do/should ship packages up to 37 kilograms without problems. Drivers should be instructed to carry packages, or at least assist customers in carrying their orders, directly to the house or apartment door. Therefore, we are very sorry to hear the driver did not provide any help in this case. Perhaps the package was given to a driver who is only authorised to take lighter packages, but no matter the reason, we will contact UPS in order to follow-up.
One of our Customer Service Agents will reach out shortly to discuss the situation once more. We hope we can make amends for this situation!

my third purchase and I love it
This is my third rug from RugVista and I love it. We got the 160x230 size for my 7 year old daughter's room. It is soft and the colours are beautiful - a little lighter and pinker than I expected but absolutely gorgeous. I will surely be buying from RugVista again. Our kids are busy playing on the rugs every day so with us they last about 5 years. Delivery to us in Berlin was fast and easy. Thank you for the great products and service :-)

The rug is of excellent quality
The rug is of excellent quality, the wool is soft but tight. The colours are bright and warm but not too shiny. No wear, no tear. The 30 year old rug is in mint condition.
And what is most surprising: The overall appearence is 99% like on the photos.

Rug Vista has the best options for artsy and more colourful and edgy rugs. Good prices, always great offers (wait for November/Black Friday) and amazingly fast delivery (it took less than 48h for my rug to arrive to Berlin). Highly recommended.

Amazing rug and great service
