Package was delivered on time. One of the delivery men broke the lamp shade in the common stairwell area of the apartment while transporting the package. They apologised and said that the RTC company will replace the lamp shade.

Super professional, helpful and friendly service!! 5 star experience! Other companies could learn a lot from them!!

Generally good installation but didn’t receive a notification in advance that they are on their way, and they forgot to remove some plastic from the machine, which I cannot remove myself now, as the machines is installed inside of a narrow wooden cabinet..

Really kind and helpful delivery service! I had to cancel most of my order list due to the bad infrastructure of the apartment I am moving in. Even under this condition, the delivery service was understanding and helpful, providing several tips on how to get the products into the apartment.

I am very satisfied with the service because, even though the product arrived with faults, they were able to solve it quickly.

The driver refused to loft the appliance into the spot designated for it, saying it was not possible, after arguing for couple of minutes, I did it myself and then showed him it was possible! They use any excuse to not do the job. Really disappointed 😞

Professionals who were aware what they needed to do and how they would handel the stuffs.

They delivered on time, were polite and helpful, the goods were in perfect condition, and they brought the furniture into the apartment on the 2nd floor.

The bed I received has no mattress and middle funiture that could hold the Mattress. Please, I need you to send the remaining parts for the bed.

The driver was not professional in handling delivery. First of all he drove without waiting for me to get out of the way and he almost squeezed me into the bushes where he was driving. There was almost no clearance between the bushes and the car and he knew I was standing there and drove without waiting for me to get out of the way.

When I got out of the way, he almost drove into me.

Personal safety of me (the client) was violated.

I demand action on this drivers behaviour. He was not considerate and put me into danger by almost squeezing me into the bushes and almost driving into me. I need you to take action.

Everything went as planned, great service from beginning to end.

I paid 150 indoor service for those delivery items, but first, they don’t want to put shoe covers on; secondly, they don’t unpack my purchases.
It’s a new house, and the floor is very new, so I prepared shoes covers for them to use, but they refused to wear it! Then I let them in with purchases, and ask them to remove all packaging since I paid for (the salesperson told me that the sevice is included remove all packaging), they refused me again! And I am living in this house, but they were suspect the deliveries were not mine! They ask me three times, and even call to my wife, we both said yes, it is our deliveries, and they still don’t believe it! They even call to control center to double check if it’s a correct delivery! It made me feel racism. With a really bad service and bad attitude, I won’t recommend any company or people use their services.
