I ordered the Penny Drops competition coin.
It arrived quickly and is beautiful except that the edge of the coin is unfinished and rough.
It should have text embossed which is one of the clues to the puzzle.
Very disappointed, not really the quality expected from a Royal Mint.
I'm sure I could have returned it for exchange but I would have missed the deadline for entry.
Perhaps the faulty coin will be valuable in the future!

Orders made In January and the beginning of February have not been delivered. 3 orders paid in full in excess of £93000.00. 2 orders I have been informed have not been dispatched due to multiple internal errors and failed promises of dispatch and service throughout Feb, March, April despite being informed 2 orders of £90000.00 of bullion silver were with them and ready to dispatch when orders were made at the start of Feb they failed to send due to errors. I contacted 2 times a week from Feb and March 9th they then sent a source of funds request over a month after payment due to error. Cleared the hold 10th March and items have not been delivered still. Formal notices were addressed to the CEO Anne Jessop and TRM on 20th March which were not acknowledged or responded to even though when I called a week later these were confirmed as received and on my account notes. The first contact from The Royal Mint was only received on the day my Subject Access Request was sent on 27th March. To apologise again but still no resolution and multiple errors accepted on there part and still no returned funds or item resolution. No update on my formal complaint 26th Feb and I’m advised this is now with their legal team who will contact me urgently (advised 2nd April and still no contact at time of this post 11th April)
Formal legal proceedings are clearly the only way to resolve matters with this organisation which I will document and publish a full account on social media to expose the conduct and illegal practices of TRM and lack of accountability from the CEO when concluded. (I have had the same product delivered to me on other orders made after these unfulfilled orders and until now a loyal regular customer)

We bought the 75th Anniversary Dennis the Menace, colour illustrated, 50p. It is perfect and who new Dennis the Menace was so old, he certainly has aged well! Delivery was quick and we think the coin was great value.
Annoying site times out before passcode arrives What is the point of having a timeout on the login page that is shorter than the expiry of the OTP.

Absolutely awful!
I've been a loyal customer for over a decade.
I get one problem with a delivery not turning up and contact them for help.
That was a waste of time, automated emails saying they are busy and to allow 5 days, but they don't get back to you, been over a month now and they just ignore me.
They simply don't care about their customers
Follow up 23rd April.
Despite their reply they still continue to ignore me!

Good quality products, but terrible customer service. I waited over two months for a simple query to be resolved. In the end, no help was given. Even the head of customer services, Tara, didn't get back to my complaint for over a month. Serious problems with their customer service department. I won't be purchasing their products for the foreseeable future.

The website is very easy to use and the browsing experience was fine. I was able to find what I was looking for easily. My order was dispatched and delivered a couple of days earlier than expected. I was very happy with my order and would use again.

I recently received my Concorde 50th anniversary of the first flight. I am very happy with the quality and speed at which I received my coin, even though I live internationally. Would definitely order from the Royal Mint again.
Purchasing from the Royal Mint website was a good experience and a worthwhile one, too.
The item that I bought from them, was a present for a relative and they were very pleased with what they received.
The website had an extensive range of quality items and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
I am new to this but was a little shocked to what I paid to actual worth of the gold . I know it's a business and to make money but I thought the difference was a big gap, but maybe that's just how it goes.

I always get my coins from Royal Mint. The quality is superb at really competitive prices. Great packaging and always kept updated with my order. Their website is easy to navigate around as well.

Very fast delivery with no problems
I used the Royal Mint as it was my first foray into precious metals market and it seemed the safest option to me. Once I had created an account I found the buying process fairly straightforward and I was pleased with the speed of the purchases. The DigiGold option provides newbie’s like me an easy way into the market, thank you.

I bought this item as my husband is a fan of everything Dennis the menace!
It is stunning due to the colours and is now with the Dennis the Menace collection and finishes it off wonderfully. The ordering and delivery were without fault. Altogether a good experience.
Bought a 1oz Silver bullion coin the lion and eagle.
Turned up a couple of days later as promised.
Job done.

Congratulations! It was indeed "A groundbreaking experience built around a coin". Clever, atmospheric, and beautifully constructed.
The Spice Girls coin matched the description give. So pleased with it. Worth the extra postage dollars to Australia.
Placed an order on March 30th.
Delivery was scheduled for March 31st.
I changed the date to April 1st. The Gold arrived discreetly packaged and in excellent condition.
Cannot fault the service.
