The fig tree was beautifully packaged…
The fig tree was beautifully packaged to protect it in transit. When unpacked, we discovered a very healthy and well grown fig tree with a very good shape to grow on. This was a present for a friend so we were very happy to be able to give them this particular tree.

Poor plant but great response from customer services.
Update. I wrote the review below and sent an email to Roots. Their response was outstanding and a lady named Ana immediately replaced the two sorry roses with new happy roses. Just shows mistakes happen but good businesses correct the quickly. Thank you. My experience was not as good as I hoped. After looking at some wonderful images of Flower Carpet Scarlet' and flower Carpet white Rose I ordered two of each. I received two decent but not exceptional scarlet and two very sad and broken white roses squashed and lopsided in the bottom of a lovely tall box Both dried out with crisp brown leaves. Not a hint of in bloom.

Acer palmatum Shin deshoto. Specimen sent was in poor condition. Lots of crispy burnt foliage or missing leaves. Plant desperate for water. It has picked up now but dropping leaves. Can’t believe someone chose and packed this plant. Quality control?? Supervision??

I was out when my Dwarf Fruit Tree…
I was out when my Dwarf Fruit Tree (Appletini) arrived. However, Safe Place instructions were followed, which I'm pleased about as certain other delivery companies seem to deliberately ignore them! The tree was securely packaged, was in an eco -pot, securely nestled into its compost, ready to transfer into a new pot and into my container box. The baby tree itself looks very healthy and pretty, and I hope I can nurture it to full adult growth and maturity as it deserves.

Poor packaging and sloppy delivery. It is the best advert for a buiness when they take great care of their products and customers.

Excellent quality and unbeatable value
I ordered a fig tree and a lemon tree, they arrived a day earlier than expected and were very well packed. The quality of the trees is exceptional, I bought the fig to replace one I bought last year from another supplier, there's no comparison the Roots tree was seversl times larger, bushier, covered in leaves and has visible new growth. The lemon tree was also healthy and covered in leaves and new growth, I'm seriously impressed and won't be going back to my previous supplier as I was obviously ripped off. Also, managed to get them on a buy one get one free offer which was amazing value, but I would have been happy even if I had paid full price due to the quality.

Lied about shipment , failed to make it right
Ordered 3 matching hydrangea plants (10L pots) for my designed flower bed.
They delayed the shipment by 3 weeks (I was very understanding at first), chased up twice. I received 2 plants and they said they ran out of stock on the 3rd plant, refused to replace it with another equal sized hydrangea plant of 10L, only with a much smaller size , which would not look right in the design of the bed.
They refunded the 3rd plant ultimately. Now stuck to finish the bed.
Appalling customer service, with a bunch of lies and failure to make their mistake better .
Do not waste your money, I’m
Never using them again, they obviously do not grow their own plants and source them from other places , which they nor you have any idea of what’s going on.
Go to a reputable trusted business .
