It took a few weeks to get my delivery…
It took a few weeks to get my delivery and the delivery driver wasnt happy taking the materials down a lonning with his wagon, other than that the gods were all in good order and delivered in a good condirion.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company — they will cost you time, stress, and unnecessary hassle.
I placed an order on 12 May, and the experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. On 14 May, I received an email saying my order had been “fully dispatched”, but no delivery ever arrived. When I contacted them on 18 May to ask for the delivery date, they admitted they didn’t actually know and had to “chase the supplier”.
On 19 May, they finally gave me a delivery date — which they also missed. Only after I chased them again did they reveal the item was out of stock, something they never mentioned at the time of purchase, even though they had already taken my money. Every update came only when I contacted them. They never once reached out proactively.
By 28–29 May, I still had no delivery, no clear answers, and no proper communication, so I had to request a cancellation myself. Even that dragged on. I followed up again on 1 June, and again on 9 June, because I still had no confirmation of the refund.
Today they finally replied, claiming an “automated email” was sent on 4 June — an email I never received. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the bank and told me to chase it myself. After nearly a month of delays, misinformation, and ignored emails, this response sums up the whole experience.
This company has shown poor communication, misleading updates, missed delivery dates, and slow handling of refunds. Everything only moves when the customer chases them.
There are many far more professional companies who communicate clearly and respect their customers. I will never use this company again, and I hope this review helps other small businesses think twice before trusting them.

I still have not received my parts and…
I still have not received my parts and it is over a week later than schedueled due to the delivery company not leaving the package in my designated safe place or delivering to my work address and stating they could not do it ecen though we were still open for business.
