Long shipping & additional charges.

Long shipping period. Shipment took twelve weeks instead of the alleged six to eight weeks. After the goods arrived from the UK, I asked for a GBP account to pay, which wasn’t provided but was quoted in GBP. Which led to me being charged by my bank to send the money and then having to cover the difference after conversion rates from their bank. The rolling cargo call centre representative, put the blame on me. I came to find out, on collection, that they do have a GBP account after all.

Terrible first experience. Kenya Exports offer a much better experience and goods are delivered on time.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Rolling Cargo. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but this experience has been unacceptable.

I shipped cargo from Dubai to Mombasa and paid the full amount in advance. However, upon arrival in Mombasa, I was asked to pay additional unexpected charges, which were vaguely attributed to “airport fees” without any clear explanation or prior notice.

When I reached out to their office for clarification and assistance, I was met with an unhelpful response stating that there was no solution and that I simply had to pay the extra charges. This lack of transparency and customer support is very unprofessional.

Due to this experience, I will no longer use Rolling Cargo services. I will also advise others against using this company and instead recommend seeking alternative providers who are more transparent and responsive when issues arise.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Professional Resolution

I recently had an issue with my shipment, and I must say that Rolling Cargo UK handled it professionally and efficiently. After raising my concerns, their team was responsive, understanding, and took the necessary steps to resolve everything to my satisfaction.

Their customer service team, especially the manager in uk , was helpful and ensured that my case was handled fairly. I appreciate their commitment to resolving issues and maintaining excellent customer service.

Overall, I am pleased with the way they handled the situation and would recommend them to others looking for reliable shipping services.

They don't deliver on time, and once they pick your parcel, you'll never see their response again, but before you do business with them, they're so responsive. Just be careful to fall for their poor services.

bad experience with your servies

Hi, this is not the first time I've sent something back to my country, but I'm fed up with your service in Kenya. Whether it's Mombasa or Nairobi, the same issues keep happening.
The last time I sent a TV, my wife received a message that it had arrived in Nairobi. Your team quickly communicated and requested payment, but once she made the payment, your staff went silent. They stopped answering calls and messages, and the same thing happened again this time.
I understand I don't send most of the items, but with this kind of service, you're going to lose customers and you've already lost me.
Whether you care or not, I'm done. It’s not just me; my sister, who frequently travels to Dubai for business and whom I introduced to you, will no longer use it. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
I'm extremely disappointed with your service and the lack of care towards your customers.

I paid for my shipment in Dubai and was told it would take 3 week or a month to arrive nairobi. It took 3 months then now I am being told I have to make extra payment since Dubai staff made a mistake to charge less. So unprofessional and pathetic and the staff attitude is like they'd rather not have you bothering them. No response when I make enquiries.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. The shipping is not the exact same day they mention. And when it arrives they overcharge you.

India has the worst offices. Especially Mumbai .I have really been frustrated and some of my goods are being held in Mumbai after I paid very heavily for them.

My package from supplier reached to…

My package from supplier reached to their warehouse in beginning of december 2019.
I received my package in February via sea shipment. They left 2 whole boxes there. After arguing with them that they should send the missing item via air, they are telling me that i have to pay for it. And yet i had already paid for sea shipment.
Now its end of july they still left one box. These guys are frauds.
Where can i lodge a complaint?
