Fast delivery to Europe

The experience is not bad, but they need to be more courageous and dedicated and find a way to communicate with the recipient when there is confusion.

My name is Carl Heugh and I'm the managing partner of Fresh Start Rental. I’ve been working with DFH Logistics for around 10 years now, and honestly, they’ve been one of the most consistent and reliable partners in my business.

Every shipment and interaction has been smooth, and on the rare occasion something needed attention, it was handled quickly and professionally without any fuss. That kind of responsiveness makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with imports.

What really stands out is that they don’t just move goods, they actually look out for you. There have been times where they’ve flagged packaging issues from manufacturers and made recommendations before it became a problem. That level of care is rare.

A special mention to Eva on the logistics side and Bessie on sourcing. Both are incredibly helpful, polite, and just great to deal with. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job.

Another big plus for me is consistency. I’ve been dealing with the same people for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its staff. It’s a refreshing change from other logistics companies where you’re constantly starting over with someone new.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend DFH Logistics more highly. Solid team, great service, and a long-term partner you can actually rely on.

1000/10! I cannot give the service enough stars! Service is great, from answering my questions patiently, to pick up and delivery. They even re-packed my items because the box I used is too bulky, handled with care and all items still intact. We sent the item from Xi’An to Melbourne, Australia and it arrived just a little of a month. Worth the wait and we have unboxed the goodies as soon as it arrived. Will definitely use the service again when we’re back in China

Sherry and the team at DFH Logistics handle all of our air courier, air freight and sea freight shipments from China to Australia. They consolidate shipments from many suppliers all over China, and we save a lot of shipping and import costs. It truly is like having my own staff in China.

I’ve been using DFH for international shipping from China for over 2 years now, delivering to multiple countries, and they’ve been solid throughout.

Shipments are handled properly, communication is clear, and things move when they’re supposed to. Their rates are also very competitive, which makes a big difference when shipping regularly.

Cindy, my agent, has been great to deal with — quick to respond and always on top of everything.

Overall, a reliable service I’ve had no issues sticking with long term.
