Not the best customer experience I've had after paying more than £1000 for a premium priced product.

It was delivered in a cardboard box that was woefully inadequate in terms of strength and durability..... It was torn open in many areas. Contacting Roll a Ramp I felt that the company wasn't taking responsibility and instead was blaming the delivery company.

That said the customer service was responsive in terms of checking the contents to make sure everything was there.

However, on building the ramp according to the instructions, the hand rail length was incorrect (too long on the horizontal length). But, to be honest, I couldn't be bothered to halt the installation. So I had to improvise and make do.

The product is of excellent quality but attention to ensuring that the components were correct and the poor packaging quality demeans the satisfaction level when paying more than £1000 for a safety critical product.

It was just what I was looking for and at the right price And next day delivery

The product was as expected - light weight and easy to use. Delivery was quick too.

The 2 foot folding ramps are perfect for our side lean to porch, allowing wheelchair access when needed. Roll-a-ramp were very courteous and efficient. The ramps were delivered within 48 hrs.

The quality of the 2 foot ramp is very good and the handle is a great help in moving it , plus the folding concept works well.

I bought the 2 foot aluminium portable ramp it was pocket friendly and even with the arthritis I can lift it I can now get out on my scooter without having to ask for help delivery was quick too I recommend them to everyone thankyoou

I have recently purchased a wheelchair ramp for my disabled wife, and found that it has made access to our bungalow very much easier. The ramp is well made and easy to place and remove at the front door and rear door access. The ramps fixed handle makes the handling of the ramp so much easier.

Quick delivery and a great price. The ramp itself is sturdy but lightweight and the fact it folds away for easy storage and transport makes it really easy to use.

The purchase via on line went smoothly- the item was received quickly- within a couple of days- well packaged . We bought this item for our business to manoeuvre our lawn mower in and out of our van. It is nice and sturdy and works really well.
