Password Manager works fine once I got it working on my smartphone. It was me, rather than customer support that resolved a problem. Plus just days after I committed to the premium service they dropped the price from 50% off to 60% off. Had I waited it wuld have costed me $3.00 less.

Reliability
Been using this for years. At my age, I wish it was a little more telephone support heavy, but the online support has been satisfactory. Being able to logon using touch ID is a real improvement.

Once I submitted a trouble ticket the team responded very fast. But, that doesn't solve the major problem I have with RoboForm; i.e. losing all my saved passwords once I regain control with a new password. That caused me severe problems. That seems completely counter-intuitive to me.
