However, we can reassure you that no payment has been taken from you and the information you received relates only to the store's transaction details and the product purchased. There has been no unauthorized purchase made using your payment details.

Terrible online shopping experience
Review is for an online order.
Item arrived damaged in unusable condition. I submitted a claim for a refund with full photos and receipts. Robert Dyas sent me an email saying I am guaranteed a reply within 72 hours. After 5 days I messaged again.
This was over 10 days ago. I have given up.
Robert Dyas used to be brilliant but I will not be shopping with them again.
PS. I cannot provide an order number as for some reason I was never sent one. I have checked junk mail and deleted emails. I have however proof of purchase via my bank app as the money for this item left my account.

Ordered fold up soft play cube for a christmas present for my young daughters, it was already on offer and got a further £5 off for first purchase. Worked out alot cheaper than other places I have seen and it was delivered within a few days. Super happy with my purchase just need to keep it hidden until Christmas.

Bed is decent, dowels were loose fit but I was using glue as well and there was a lot of assembly required. Instructions were a bit rubbish but if you’ve made this stuff before you’ll be ok with a brew and calm head.
