Very happy with the delivery service (4 days). Furniture arrived in one box saving on unnecessary packaging. Only had to put table together which was a bit faffy but still didn't take long. Quality is excellent for price paid and it looks good too.

Quality of product well below what was expected.

Ridge bar bowed, roof panels bowed , missing capping felt. General quality of panels poor. Facia panel split when fixing.

Instructions are poor do not relate to online video.

Had to substitute some of the timber and improvise to errect the shed.

If we had time we would have returned the whole order.

As always the staff in the salisbury shop are 10+every time I shop there knowledge of the products is amazing

The ordering process was quick and easy. Order was dispatched next day unfortunately the delivery service (EVRI) wasn't so good after 8 days still no sign of delivery. now 5 days overdue and still no information from EVRI. However Robert Dias were kind enough to refund me and cancel the order.

Kettle and toaster combo ordered and delivered in a few days. Well package and in excellent condition and the price was very competitive

Ordered as it could be delivered just before we went away. Evri were the delivery company and despite having an email that they had received the order the day before due delivery, the order didn’t arrive. I called Robert Dyas to see if we could delay delivery until our return and was told they would contact Evri and try to organise this. I’ve had communication with Robert Dyas and their customer support have called me so can’t fault them, just the delivery company. Thank you Rober Dyas for being able to speak to a human being.
