I have been kicked out from roamler by "Grace". I have been a member since 2014 and according to grace you are not allowed to use multiple devices, we have both 3 cell phones and a tablet in our home and I was only told in December that if my cell phone dies I cannot use another device there I then log into my profile.. it counts as cheating says grace even though there is one mission per store. I have also sent picture proof that me, my partner and my parents have different devices but grace doesn't care. My parents were there because of the toy assignments as they thought it was a fun task with reviews and then that you get to keep the toys that they in turn gave to the grandchildren. I am very sorry about this treatment. Grace wrote that I could finish my review for my little pony but in the meantime I am not allowed to approve other quests as I will be kicked/disabled afterwards... I have done several thousand quests for you, both ice cream quests, gilette, candy, coffee, toothbrushes etc... earned thousands and you more through me. Have done missions all over Värmland and these have always remained until I took them, which I assume is because only I do missions in these areas! I am very sorry and feel that I neither left any impression with you nor did anything good when you can so easily get rid of me after so many years. I chose to deactivate myself as it feels wrong to be on borrowed time!
Have a good time and thanks for these years!
Useless. Interviewer / QA Personnel did not even turn up for Teams Call. Do not waste your time.
It seems to me there are many disappointed people here, complaining on everything from glitchy software to poorly paid tasks.
And lacking support.
It is my experience that if you are very active you are prioritized over less active users. The way it should be IMO. The pay per task is probably proportionate to the amount of roamlers and total available tasks within a region or country. The more tasks the lower the avg pay per task.
This is why countries like Norway pay out 10 euro per task sometimes 20€
But Sweden and Denmark are lower at 7-10€. There also many more tasks there.
This should in general be seen as paid per situation. You just happen to be shopping where you can make a quick profit. Have an investors mindset and you'll make any amount work for you.
Roamler is far better than all the rest is my opinion. Instant payout to PayPal is also really good.
Poorly paid for the work. Submissions rejected despite all applicable images included. Can't recommend working for them.
Application de voleurs qui refusent des missions parfaitmt réalisées
En Septembre j’ai touché 300€ mais plus du double refusé
The company is struggling to support its clients.
The operation rests primarily on the app which is extremely glitchy. It crashes all of the time.
The tasks are not correctly costed so are often not worth completing.
The support is not available when you need it. Do you could be attempting to complete a 15 minute task but because their are issues that have not been properly planned for the whole task could take you an hour. Less than minimum wage.
I'd not bother.
The management clearly are not concerned as similar comments have been made for months and it seems nothing has been improved.
it's not a scam but may as well be.
This company is a pure scam please avoid. They will display high rates on the app for task to lure you in. When you do the tasks and follow everything on the task, they will come back and reject the task for random reasons. This app wants you to do free work for them.
App doesn't work properly on my moblie. When trying to do a job and having to take a photo, app then just reloads itself back to main jobs page without photo being taken, so impossible to do any jobs. Staff can't seem to help, just tell me to do some basic checks that don't work. Also, quite often no jobs appear on jobs page even though they are available, i keep having to log out and in again for them to appear
Love this company and the app. Great to be able to contribute to the retail environment and test products that I normally wouldn't.
Jobs can mainly be quick and easy. Some can be a little more complex. One thing to note would be you don't get paid aswell as some competitors when you go to a location and it's closed
Brilliant app from freebies to getting paid for short tasks, really quick payout. Great way to get a bit of extra cash. Only tasks I struggle with are fruit/veg tasks can be quite long in the bigger supermarkets, 18 types of tomatoes in my local store!
Handy little app to have while you are out shopping. I love it
I'm new to mystery or shopping reviews in general but have to admit that it can be quite fun. Roamler in general is a good app but needs a little bit of work on the map locations as sometimes they disappear. Would definitely recommend this app to friends and family.
Best site / app of its type. It won’t replace a full time job but you do actually get paid a decent amount, unlike other ‘survey’ sites where you spend 10 minutes filling in the same info over and over to find you’re not eligible/ earn 20p. Some are remote (such as ordering from Ocado or Amazon) and some are in person but even if you don’t live in a massive city - as long as you have any of the major supermarkets near by there’s likely something for you to do. App can be a little janky. Customer service is amazing. Takes a little while to get the level 3 where you can invite other people - but I actually think it’s a positive as the app isn’t all about recruiting as many users as possible. If you’ve a brain and a smart phone - it’s simple.
Roamler is a great way to make some extra cash.
The mystery shops are easy to complete and instructions are clear.
It can take a while for your task to be approved due to the volume they get through and if something is wrong they give you a detailed account so you can fix it next time you do one.
I have had a slow start with Roamler. Unfortunately my first paid task didn’t complete at the 75% stage. It was probably my phone problems that caused it. Anyway it hasn’t put me off and I’m looking forward to doing more tasks. The website is well laid out and the online support so far has been impressive 👍
I really like this app, I only found out about it a couple of weeks ago however it’s really helped my family and I earn some extra income in these difficult times. The tasks are relatively simple and straightforward as long as you do the training videos and follow the prompts. I would prefer if each task detailed the time frame you have to complete it before accepting and if some of the tasks you could separate for example - skin care / shaving sections just to make the tasks more conspicuous.
I have been using the app for a few weeks. The tasks like the pet food one are great for me, have done it 4 times so far at different stores and all approved very quickly. There's others at the likes of Superdrug or Tescos that I wish were split into 2 smaller tasks to make it easier to go in, get the photos needed and leave then pop back in the day after or in a couple of days and do the other part (for example the shampoo & toothpaste one).
I really like being able to do tasks especially when I have free time to earn a little extra money and I love the fast payment
