I have brought your bra's for a very long time, i just love them they are not like your local store brought nor are they Macy's, there are the best.

I didn't try the bras on as I was so disappointed by the quality in real life compared to the online pics. I will be returning them.

My problem is not with the product but its method of delivery. I ordered only one bra but it was put into such a large box what was unable to fit in my letterbox. I ended up having to take time out to pick it up from a shop.

Rigby & Pellar. As Company are very good. Have visited the store in Bluewater Shopping Centre excellent service. Staff very polite and attentive.
I have order in line a few times with no issues on delivery. This time unfortunately for some reason my purchase was delivered to a UPS drop off location which I didn’t get any notification regarding this sat in for 2days waiting then did a double check to find out where it had gone. The place was downtown which was difficult for me to get to. I stay out of the town. When I called UPS to ask why they said it had to be the send who had requested this. No sure I believe that as don’t thing you would have any reason to do so. This report is just to let you know that if I order again I hope this will not happen also if you did change delivery address why and why I wasn’t informed.

I am a long-standing customer and as always the quality of the bras is second to none. Very good price in the sale.

When one bra wasn’t quite the right fit, the return process is free and extremely straight forward.

Fantastic service from Wendy. I had visited the store previously but this time I phoned up . Wendy was so helpful and I bought 2 bras. They arrived the next day, beautifully packaged with a personalised note from Wendy and a small thank you package of Yorkshire tea and a biscuit. Thank you so much for your help Wendy, I'll be back in the very near future.

Bra delivered within a reasonable time. Packaged almost too carefully with a larger box than necessary.

Prompt delivery but didn’t like the colour thought I’d ordered caffe latte but Venus arrived

Have been buying from Rigby & Peller for the last 25 years now , so comfortable to wear pretty colours to wear. They keep their shape well and wear for a few years. Ordering is easy , track your parcel all the way . Would recommend them to my friends and family.

Delivery service wasn’t great. Was supposed to be delivered on the Friday, then Saturday but didn’t arrive. Finally turned up on Monday pm.

Very quick delivery time. Left safely outside door.
Great products as always although oine bit of bra overlocking on strap was loose. Prima Donna always have a great fit and brilliant new colours mean a bit of strap showing is showing off!

Having written to complain about the delayed delivery of my goods, I received a reply from the company telling me that my goods had been delivered. This is not the case.
I have received another message saying that there is another delay for my parcel.
Someone is not telling the truth. Will never purchase online from Rigby & Peller, unless they change their delivery service.

The size and fit are perfect, as usual.
Ordering was easy and product was delivered timely! I'm very happy.
