The quality and delivery service were excellent. But I’m afraid the the new styles I chose did not fit so I am returning them. On your returns form you do not provide an exchange section as one style would fit in a smaller size and I have not been given the opportunity to exchange

Great customer service, I selected two bras, but unfortunately one of the bras wasn’t a good fit for me. Return procedure was simple, my refund in my bank a couple of days later.

Wrong size…
The bras l ordered I’ve had to return as they were too small the size ordered was based on my measurements that l gave your agent . At the weekend l went to the Bluewater shop to be measured and the size advised was miles off the size advised on line unfortunately the shop didn’t offer non wire bras in my size so I’m having to source elsewhere unfortunately.

While the measurements you provided are a helpful starting point, they can only be used as a size guide. Measurements alone do not always take into account factors such as body shape, breast shape, tissue distribution, and individual fit preferences, all of which can influence the best-fitting size.
We are pleased that you were able to visit our Bluewater store for an in-person fitting, although we are sorry that the non-wired styles you were looking for were not available in your size.

The order arrived on time with plenty of notification beforehand. It was in perfect condition so l have no complaints. It was so useful to have the garment shipped as l can not get to London very often.
