Never order online. No customer service
I ordered 5 tops online before Christmas. I was told it's their busy season so that it would take 10+ days to fulfill the order and ship. Two weeks later, I've heard nothing. Email them to ask what's going on. No reply. Another week passes. Email again. No reply. A full month after I placed my order, the whole thing gets canceled. No reason. No explanation. No apology. Just canceled. Never ever ever ordering from here again.Non-existent customer service. Pathetic.
Cancelled 7/12 items without any notice
Ordered 12 items during a sale. Got a confirmation email and a summary email that listed all twelve items. Then a receipt when the order shipped that listed all items... But when the order arrived, there were only 5 things! The receipt had changed 7 of them to "quantity: 0", but there was no notification or anything to draw attention to the post where they had just cancelled more than half the order!
Beware, order canceled but money not returned.
I ordered december 26, 2025. Order canceled jan 15, 2026. It's jan 24th and I have not received my money return. Beware.

This used to be one of my favourite stores but their customer service is non-existent and their systems are horrible. Being a retail service provider and having no way to contact customer support aside from email is not only unprofessional and unethical- it is extremely ableist. I don't understand how or why the company was bought when the new owners seem entirely incapable of 1) receiving orders 2) picking orders 3) promptly shipping orders. I waited over a MONTH only for TWO of my orders to ultimately be cancelled after getting the run around on their on-going issues- it's been over a year now. "Growing pains" should have been figured out by now. At this point, they should really just call it and completely shut down.

Gone Downhill - Shop Elsewhere
I have the same experience as all other recent reviews. Orders placed go unfilled, emails to customer service go ignored, and after a month of no updates they finally just cancel after reassurances from the physical store staff the order was still being processed. Take your business where it's valued - Ricki's can't even do the bare minimum.
Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced
The customer service at Ricki’s is genuinely awful. I ordered at the beginning of November 2025 and sent multiple emails with zero response. After months of being ignored, I finally received an email on January 13, 2026 — not with an update, but saying my order was canceled.
Waiting over two months with no communication is unacceptable. While the clothing is nice, the customer service is frustrating, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. This company clearly does not value its customers. Do not order from Ricki’s.
Beware of the new Rickis and Cleo
Since Rickis and Cleo are under new ownership, their online customer service and ability to manage online orders has significantly declined. I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago on Rickis.com and while they processed my payment immediately, there were no updates on shipping...only that they were processing the order. I just received a random email saying my order was canceled. I'll keep an eye on my credit card for a refund. I've had a nightmare with onlkne shopping at Cleo, with them charging me for items that were not delivered, and I had to submit several emails to get it fixed ( took over a month to finally get a refund). Beware of this new Rickus and Cleo.

There has been no update on my order since that day. customer service doesn’t respond to emails, only send generic emails.
Last generic email says all online orders shipping has been paused and will resume in February.
That’s so unacceptable.
To think I expected this order to be delivered in 10 working days - Jan 12,2025 and now might not receive it till March, 2-3 months after.
This is definitely the first and last time I will be patronizing Ricki online shopping.
Order Not Proceeding
As per other reviews, ordered in December 2025, almost 4 weeks later the order is still “processing “. I cannot afford to lose out. I’ve emailed customer service twice but no response. I’m not sure the next steps I can take. It’s unfortunate as Ricki’s used to be my favourite store. Be aware, and stay away.
Rickis WAS my favourite store
Rickis was my favourite store. Key word - was. Since they were bought by Cleo - the customer service is abysmal. 18 days since my order was placed, and there has been no update. I have contacted support 3 times and have not heard back. I am not shocked at the other negative reviews, I initially didn't want to believe them because Ricki's has always been so great in the past. But this is a completely different company selling the same clothing - it is NOT the same.
To anyone who has placed an order and is in limbo - contact your bank and request a charge back. They did it for me immediately because they said they have had nothing but similar complaints with this vendor. Also, I tried to report them to the Better Business Bureau, but because they filed for bankruptcy, they are apparently immune!!!!! Wtf- they are allowed to operate but no one can launch a complaint about them because of their bankruptcy status to seek protection from creditors. Please do not buy from them, I know their clothes were great, but it’s not worth the headache
Non Existent Customer Service
I have been a loyal Ricki's customer for many years and have liked their clothing, until now!
After they were bought out last year their customer service is non existent. I have placed two orders over the last couple of months that were not shipped out for at least 3 weeks. I did send emails regarding both orders to their customer service but Ricki's hasn't responded at all. There is no longer a phone # in service.
Needless to say, I don't think I will be shopping here anymore. I would have given zero stars but wasn't able to.

If I could I would rate them a BIG FAT ZERO. This is honestly sad because they used to be great and shipping was quick. NOW it is horrible. Wrong items are sent, the item I purchased was never shipped out and customer service told me they are sold out but yet the website shows it was available. Now my last order was placed on December 20th and it’s January 3rd and no status update, no customer service reply, nothing. This is the last I’ll be ordering from RICKIS. It’s too bad, they used to be great.
You won’t get what you’ve paid for
I received my order with missing items. The packing slip even shows that there were 0 of the item sent. I’ve been trying to reach customer service since Dec 13. No response whatsoever. The phone number is out of service. They don’t respond to emails. Charge customers for items and don’t deliver. Their website should be shut down permanently.
Scam alert
I ordered two sweaters mid December and over two weeks have passed and I did not even receive a shipping confirmation. According to their website they confirm within 2-3 business days. They charged me and now I don’t hear back from them at all. They do not have a phone number and their customer service email response was just a generic mail stating FAQ‘s without answering my question. I cannot even cancel the order. I used to be a loyal Ricki‘s customer but NEVER again will I order from them. They are now more or less a scam.

I ordered an item on Black Friday and got a message it was shipped to store on Dec 1. It is now Dec 21 and there is no sign of it. I tried to reach out by email several times and no response. I used to be a loyal Ricki’s and Cleo customer but will never shop there again.
Lost Customer
Honestly, I used to like Rickis but since they have been bought by someone else, the customer service is lacking! I ordered an item Nov 9, it said it shipped on the 13th to the store and here we are Dec 10th and still no item. I have emailed several times and they do not respond and when they did, all they can tell me is they cancel my order as it is at the distribution center. I work in the customer service industry and this is not good customer service. If I could give this a zero star, I would. Sadly lost me as a customer. Still waiting on them to reply back to me as to where my item is.

Terrible Customer Service and Missing Item – No Response!
I am extremely disappointed with Ricki’s customer service. I placed an order that included two items, but only one was delivered. The packing slip clearly showed 2 items ship one only, No response for the 2nd one was missing from the package.
I immediately contacted customer service because I urgently needed the missing item for a holiday photoshoot the next day. Despite explaining the urgency and requesting same-day delivery, I received no response at all. Being ignored in a time-sensitive situation is unacceptable.
This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and has caused unnecessary stress. I expected much better service and accountability. I will seriously reconsider shopping with Ricki’s again.
Impossible to get help from customer service
They didn’t ship one of the items I ordered (and paid for), and it has been so difficult to get assistance from customer service to rectify the issue. Several weeks have gone by, and it is difficult to get them to even answer my emails, let alone do something. There is no customer service available by phone. Buyer beware…I will not be shopping there again.
