Mixed feelings about customer experience.
I did not have any issue with customer service getting back to me with the issues I had however I will not purchase again, particularly from the discounted items do to to the fact that their sizing is not consistent and then you’re stuck with the item. I purchased jeans in my normal size and they are like 2-3 sizes big. I emailed and simplify asked to pay to exchange do to the sizing being WAY off and I was told too bad. I don’t think this is a fair way to do business. Not when the sizing is so off and I was even willing to pay for all fees etc. Told me enough that I won’t purchase again which is a shame because I had gotten several dresses. I did have a good experience where there exchanged a dress that I had worn once that had pulls and snags all over after one wear. They gladly exchanged it and I appreciated it. What I don’t appreciate is being stuck with giant jeans and now having to try to give them away or sell them. I understand a policy but when the company is at fault and they cannot accept responsibility and make it right I do not need to do business with them. I truly thought after the first time they were helpful they were a fair and decent company but I was disappointed. Beware and do not buy sale items if you are not 100 percent sure on sizing which you can’t be of sizes are in consistent.
