Tim originally fitted the system and was his usual personable self as well as professional and patient in his explanations. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this unique and valuable service. There must be many of us who need a home visit or two in order to get the right system and keep it up to scratch. Total saviour after Currys uselessness
I'd just been to Curry's looking for a soundbar or bluetooth music speaker that had a mini-jack input... to work with an old TV which didn't have bluetooth, optical or anything other than 3.5mm jack. Curry's were beyond useless with zero product knowledge. I was shocked.
On the journey back to our cottage (we were away from home), we passed Richer Sounds and I decided to go in. Needless to say, incredible customer service and product knowledge and I came away with a simple set of cost-effective active speakers that did the job perfectly. They're now installed in our home kitchen and doing a great job for streamed audio off the iPad... which also still has a 3.5mm jack output. THANK YOU!
