I have always shopped at Richer Sounds for my AV kit, so when it was time to replace our OLED TV this year, this was the first place that I looked. As always - the best selection of the latest models, at prices that can't be beaten anywhere (and I did try).
Email enquiries about the TV were answered within a few hours, and I was able to call into the store, see the picture comparisons for myself, and get well informed and knowledgeable advice

There was an issue with delivery for me this time, in short their carrier failed to deliver when I had pre-booked and taken leave to be at home, which was frustrating. But within minutes of calling into the store the next day, another TV was brought out and loaded into my car, with delivery charges immediately refunded. I left as a very happy customer.

Well, firstly, Richer Sounds is the go to when buying anything that can’t be understood by old people. The staff there are always so patient and don’t make you feel as though you are a dim-wit simply because you don’t easily catch on. It is no good whatsoever asking a bloke in Tesco or Asda, questions about TVs is it. Secondly, the Richer Sounds staff are always ready to do a deal. Now here’s the reality. I’m eighty years old and it is us oldies who are the wealthiest and able to afford stacks for electronic goodies. But technology has moved ahead of our ability to comprehend it and so we rely on people like the staff of Richer Sounds to guide us gently through the incomprehensible maze that is today’s technology. Good on them.

Excellent service from knowledgable staff, a great price and excellent delivery and included a six year warranty.

We walked into the store at 1515 on a Sunday as we needed a TV that we could take home that day. We had a few models in mind and Ying checked the availability very quickly. I then mentioned I was looking for a Hifi with a CD player and a turntable and asked if it was too late in the day to get this aswell. Ying said 'no problem' and we ended up getting that at the same time, all really easy as he answered all of our questions and looked after us very well.

I was not sure what cartridge to buy to fit our Denon turntable. Jay took time to explain what was available and how they would sound. On his advice I purchased 2 Ortofon Blue ( one was a gift). We are very happy as they made a tremendous improvement to our listening experience. Excellent advice. Thank you Jay.
