I just purchased a Sony AV reciever excellent service throughout from technical to delivery.

Buying amp and speakers online is a minefield, the ability to try different setups in the demo room is invaluable. Okay so I blew my budget significantly but we are very pleased with the sounds we now enjoy every day and will hopefully for many years to come. The first set of Mission speakers purchased 27 years ago are still going strong, now another room has quality hifi. Shout out to Rob @ Nottingham store for his patience, knowledge and enthusiasm

Ordering & prompt delivery to store was good. Service at Nottingham store was excellent when I collected.
It was a bit wierd getting the delivery emails from DPD though, when they weren’t delivering to my home.

Dealing with the Nottingham store was great. They had the clearance item, sold it to me for less than the advertised clearance price, and arranged free next day delivery. The reason I give only 4 stars is because the item, a Panasonic PMX 803, has a noticeable delay between turning it on and sound coming out.

I bought a new TV and soundbar. I called a couple of times with questions and the guys there were so helpful, especially Tony. Very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend Richer Sounds - in fact my son is going to buy a TV from them now!

Four years ago I purchased an Audiolab Omnia unit from the Nottingham shop.
So, having a good experience on that occasion, I telephoned the Nottingham shop for advice regarding quality headphones.
I arranged to make the 25 mile journey the following week to try in person.
The staff were very helpful as per usual, tried various headphones with different genres of music from my own phone, using the listening lounge within the shop.
I purchased the Sennheiser HDB630 as recommended on my initial phone call.
Excellent service and will use again.

Excellent service and the cheapest price online. There was an issue with the online payment system so I called the next day and they waived the express delivery charge by way of an apology. I've been buying goods from Richer Sounds for over 30 years and will continue to do so

Great customer service in the Nottingham branch. Offered to ship item to my home next day when it was out of stock in store, and I was able to still pay cash which was nice . Great team lovely store
